Requirement for Botox treatment First take a sign of patient on consent form .Take a pictures of patient from front,right,left i.e. from all angles &sides of normal face & also take a pictures with telling patient to make wrinkles on face. Apply prilox cream on selected area of face and keep it for 40 to 45 minute.
