Past and current clients belong the following industries: -IT Companies, Hotels & Resorts, Facility Providers, Courier/Cargo, Security Services, Education Institutions, Overseas Recruitment, Healthcare, Financial Services, Construction and Public Sector UnitsTraining methodology: - during the sessions, training may happen but learning may not. To avoid this contradiction, I take up role of a learning facilitator by making interative training sessions, customising training programmes that meet clients requirements. In addition to this, my learning sessions include psychometric tests also. Psychometric tests give insight to the learners on the development that they require.
