MCS PATENT

Thanks to the realisation of a new system for liquor sunction and circulation (MCS patent), Smartflow allows to dye at low liquor ratio, down to 1:3,5. Futhermore, a muti-suction, vertical, centrifugal pump guarantees machine performances also by reduced loads.

Gracias al nuevo sistema de aspiración y circulación del baño (Patente MCS), Smartflow permite trabajar con una relación baño 1:3,5. Además, con la ayuda de una bomba centrífuga con eje vertical multi-aspirante dichas prestaciones también se garantizan con carga real reducida.

Taking advantage of the pressure generated by the circu-lation pump and of the liquor inside the machine, by every liquor drain, the SSCF Self-Cleaning-Filter (patent pending) is being washed-off. This fact remarkably reduces the clean-ing operations of filters and improves the performance of the circulation pump itself.

Aprovechando la presión generada por la bomba de circulación y el baño presente en la máquina, en cada descarga de baño se efectúa un lavado del filtro SSCF (patente MCS), permi-tiendo la reducción de las operaciones de limpieza y el cor-recto funcionamiento de la bomba principal (aumento de las prestaciones).

STANDARD EQUIPMENT

Two side-tanks for products, each one complete with its own mixer, pneumatic probe, heating coil, liquor recycling to make product dissolving and mixing much easier. Thanks to these equipments down times and waiting times are much reduced, also in case of automatic dispensing systems.

MST (machine side tank) is for liquor preparation; liquor is controlled and ma-naged by a pneumatic probe in order to reduce down times by liquor fillings. MQD, machine quick drain, by main circulation pump. HYDROVARIO: adjustable section nozzle, electronically controller, ensures max. ver-satily in usage

PCTE: industrial PC developed in Win-dows room to improve all diagnostic functions, monitoring and automation of dyeing machines. With Touch-Screen, purposely de-signed for industrial use, the access to functions is easy and immediate. Upon Customer's request it is always possible to install different brands of controllers.

MST (machine side tank): depósito de preparación baño con sistema de control y gestión del nivel mediante sonda neumática para la reducción de los tiempos muertos en las fases de lle-nado del baño.

MQD (machine quick drain): descarga rápida mediante bomba de recirculación principal.

Hidrovario: boquilla con sección variable controlada electrónicamente para garantizar la máxima versatilidad de uso.

Doble depósito de adición de productos con mezclador, sonda neumá-tica, serpentina de calentamiento y baño de recirculación de la máquina para facilitar las funciones de mezcla y disolución de productos. Gracias a dicho sistema se reducen posteriormente los tiempos muertos y los tiempos de espera también en presencia de sistemas automáticos de distribución.

PCx: PC industrial desarrollado en am-biente Windows para implementar de manera avanzada todas las funciones diagnósti-cas, de monitorización y de automati-zación de las máquinas de tintura. Gracias al monitor con pantalla táctil, diseñado expresamente para el uso in-dustrial, se puede acceder de manera fácil e inmediata a cualquier función. Si se solicita, es posible el empleo de cualquier micro disponible en el mer-cado.
