The unit measurees and displays the characteristics of single phase two wires, three phase three wires and three phases four wires suppliesincluding voltage,frequency,curren t,power and active and reactive energy,imported or exported. Energy is measured in terms of kWh,kVarh.Max.demand curren t can be meaured over present periods of up to 60minutes. In order to measure energy,the unit requires voltage and curren t inputs in addition to the supply requrired ti power the product.The requested curren t input(s) are obtained via curren t trans formers (CT).

The SDM630 can be configured to work with a wide range of cts,giving the unit a wide range of operation.Built-ininterfaces provide pulse and Rs485 Modbus RTU outputs.Configuration is password protected.

The unt can be powered from a seperate auxiliary (AC or DC) supply.Alternatively it can be powered from the monitored supply,where appropriate.
