Flexibility is given pride of place in the 8MT cubicle system. You only order what you really need! And precisely that is what will be delivered – no matter whether you have ordered an empty or complete cubicle or fully equipped cubicle groups. Customized delivery

Our control cubicles are delivered exactly as you wish: in single parts or ready-mounted - with base, swing frame, side walls, and, and, and … Every required degree of protection

All our cubicles can be ordered in any required degree of protection, e.g. in IP30, IP 40, IP 41 or IP 54. It is similarly no problem to upgrade your cubicle to a higher degree of protection later.

Up to and including degree of protection IP41, all cubicles can be ordered with or without ventilation.

The color sets the tone Your cubicle will be delivered in any standard RAL color within the standard delivery time, even multicolored and - upon request - in your favorite color. Individual details

Customized cutouts, e.g. for measuring instruments and control elements, vent slots, gills or windows, are delivered with no delay to the delivery time. Stainless

Rust protection is a top priority for our cubicles:

The frames are Sendzimir-galvanized, and the enclosure parts are powder-coated.

Well packed on pallets

Our cubicles and cubicle groups are generally delivered on wooden pallets – this facilitates transport and increases the interest of accident prevention.

Heavy metal

Our system cubicles are suitable for heavy installations up to 1,000 kg. Ease of assembly

Direct fastening devices on the frame of the SICUBE 8MT provide for short assembly times.

The hole matrix of the frame of the SICUBE 8MT is 25 mm.

Installation parts with grooving screws can be fastened here. No nuts, washers, lock washer or the like are required! EMC compliant

The galvanized frame renders the 8MT compliant with the EMC requirements.

Safe through grounding concept Thanks to the use of grooved screws, all enclosure and add-on parts are integrated into the PE conductor circuit, i.e. no additional grounding measures are required. Another advantage: No grounding strap is needed thanks to the hinged grounding. Environment-friendly

With all these advantages, we always devote special attention to environmental protection. For example, we use only environment-friendly paints which are solvent-free, lead-free and free of heavy metals.

Powder recover in connection with our powder coating goes without saying.

With the packaging, too, we reduce the use of materials to a minimum.

General information on SICUBE 8MT Flexibility is given pride of place in the 8MT cubicle system. Configuring your SICUBE 8MT is rendered considerably easier thanks to the further simplified modular system. Thanks to the great variety of mounting possibilities, mechanical components and electrical devices of all kinds, as well as all components of the metric and/or 19" technology, can be installed quickly and cost-effectively.

The 8MT is an excellent supplement to our existing cubicle systems 8MC and 8MF and can be used both in industry and craft trades. The 8MT can be used to build up both small compact and conventional-scale control systems. It is tailored especially to the following fields of application: - automation technology - drive technology - control engineering - electronics (19" modular

enclosure system) - power electronics - data information technology - network technology

Outer and side panels

The doors are the full cubicle height; the clearance to the floor is 27.5 mm.

The door opening angle is 180° (135° when installed in a line). Thanks to the external hinges, the doors of the 8MT can be opened widely, allowing a grounding which makes the use of grounding strips unnecessary. The doors consist of: • 2 mm galvanized sheet steel

• Single 25 mm door fold

• Doors can be mounted either on the front or on the rear of the frame

• Door hinges either on the right or on the left (the doors are not symmetrical in their design and can therefore neither be reversed, nor installed upside-down)

• Various locking systems with or without espagnolette bar lock

• External hinges not hidden; color: Siemens petrol

• For the cubicle widths 600, 800 and 1000 mm, a single wing door will be installed.

• Cubicle widths of 1,200 mm require a symmetrical double wing door.

• For cubicles exceeding a width of 1,000 mm, asymmetrical doors can be ordered.

• Cubicles providing the degrees of protection IP30, IP40 and IP41 are supplied with ventilation; IP40 and IP54 are not ventilated.
