Triple Lock Capsules

SHL - Pioneer to introduce Triple Locking technology in India

Salient Features:

The cap side has an extra lock below the pre-locking position.

This provides enhanced locking and ensures proper locking position both before(pre-lock condition) and after filling (locked condition).

This minimizes the possibility of capsule opening up during its transit.

Size of air vents have been reduced and visible unless seen minutely.

The capsules have glass clarity due to the Newly introduced Mirror Surface

Finish pin bars.

Advantages of SHL Triple Lock Capsules

Problems related to lubricating oils like oil holes or oil spot are minimized

Because of extreme shining pin surface, stripping operation are comparativelysmooth

Gelatin deposition on pin surface will be more uniform and thus the capsulesproduced will have uniform and consistent profile
