A description of the activities/processes at

the site for the reporting year. This should

include information such as production

increases or decreases on site, any

infrastructural changes, environmental

performance which was measured during

the reporting year and an overview of

compliance with your licence listing all

exceedances of licence limits (where

applicable) and what they relate to e.g. air,

water, noise.

A new licence came into effect in 2015 (P0555-02). Monitoring continued to be carried out in line with the

previous licence for the duration of 2015. This AER is completed in line with the new licence. Due to a change of

ownership, water monitoring was not carried out in Q.2, Q.3 & Q.4 of 2015. EPA carried out testing in 1 quarter

of 2015, however this was not in line with the parameters outlines in the licence and so results are not included

here. Air monitoring was not completed on any stacks in Q.3. VOC monitoring was added to the licence as a new

parameter to be tested. However, in 2015 (Q.3/Q.4) VOC monitoring did not take place. Annual Mass Load (kg)

is not available for some stacks onsite as it was not possible to take flows.

Declaration:All the data and information presented in this report has been checked and certified as being accurate. The quality

of the information is assured to meet licence requirements.

Additional information

Does your site have licensed air emissions? If yes please complete table A1 and A2 below for the current

reporting year and answer further questions. If you do not have licenced emissions and do not complete a

solvent management plan (table A4 and A5) you do not need to complete the tables

Yes

AE01 & AE02 have been long standing emission points.

Under P0555-02, this has now changed to include AE03,

AE04, AE05 & AE06. AE09, AE10 & AE11 are licenced

emission points for particulates. Under the updated licence,

AE11 is no longer listed as a licenced emission point.

Periodic/Non-Continuous Monitoring

Are there any results in breach of licence requirements? If yes please provide brief details in the comment section

of TableA1 below There were no exceedances under the licence

Table W1 Storm water monitoring

Additional information

Does your site have licensed emissions direct to surface water or direct to sewer? If yes

please complete table W2 and W3 below for the current reporting year and answer

further questions. If you do not have licenced emissions you only need to complete table

W1 and or W2 for storm water analysis and visual inspections

No

There are only storm water lines licenced on site which are not subject to

Emission limit values. They are monitored on a quarterly basis and visually

inspected

Was it a requirement of your licence to carry out visual inspections on any surface water

discharges or watercourses on or near your site? If yes please complete table W2 below

summarising only any evidence of contamination noted during visual inspections

No evidence of contamination

Was noise monitoring carried out using the EPA Guidance note, including completion of the

"Checklist for noise measurement report" included in the guidance note as table 6?

Does your site have a noise reduction plan

When was the noise reduction plan last updated?

The noise survey was completed before the impementation of the new licence. Under the terms of the new licence, and going forward, the 3 NSLs

will be measured to include (3x)Daytime, (1x)Evening & (2x)Night-time surveys per location. Continuouos improvement is underway with regard to

noise emissions. In 2015, rubbers were added to the tables in the lazer area to reduce the amount of noise created. Hammers were also changed in

order to reduce tonal noise in workshops.
