The Lamb of God sculpture impacts it’s
viewers:I saw "The Lamb of God"yesterday at the Freedom Live concert.
Amazing!
Pictures do not convey the visceral reactions the statue evokes. I was not the only person slowly circling the work; transfixed despite the crowds and noise.
Please let us know when and where you show it next. Especially if there would be an opportunity to view from differing elevations.

On June 29th, 2008, Sculpt America LLC along with Artist, Brenda Crocker Angel-Copeland, Unveiled the 16’ larger than life bronze sculpture, The Lamb of God. This unveiling took place at the Freedom Live Concert in front of approximately 33,000 people.
The response was tremendous. The fireworks in the background helped to remind the viewers that
there i s no other source of freedom greater than our Lord Jesus! He has provided freedom f rom s ickness and d i sea se , freedom from the bondage of sin and death. He has provided Salvation and Life everlasting. As the Psalmist so beautifully wrote, “O Magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt His Name together!” Psalm 34:3

To Reach the Generations of the Future, While Impacting the Viewers of Today! And to set in the hearts and minds of the people the realization of God’s love for them.

When taking communion we a re ins t r ucted to do so in remembrance of what Jesus has done. “And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it, and gave it to them, saying, ‘This is My body which is g i ven for you : do th i s in remembrance of Me.’ And in the same way He took the cup after they had eaten, saying, ‘This cup which is poured out for you is the new covenant in My blood.’” Luke 22:17-20
Paul further elaborates on this in 1 Corinthians 11:26-30, as he states, “For as often as you eat this bread and drink the cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes. Therefore whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner, shall be guilty of the body and the
blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of the bread and drink the cup. For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgement to himself, if he does not judge the body rightly. For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep.”
Perhaps, as we have lost sight of the suffering of our Lord, we have in the same way lost sight of what He has done for those who believe. He has given me this dream and told me to sculpt this, so without training I have done so. Surely He desires His love for mankind to be known.

The crown of thorns. A sharp and intense revelation of how deeply His love is for each one of us.
The hole in the flesh of His face, where a tooth can be seen, caused by the pulling out of His beard.
The stripes upon His back. His wounds taken for our Healing! “... by his wounds you have been healed.” 1 Peter 2:24
“For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, That whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” John 3:16
His body twisted and lifted up for one more breath of air.
His swollen eye. Swollen almost completely shut, yet full of gentleness and love for mankind.

“YOU ARE THE LIGHT OF THE WORLD” MATTHEW 5:14“You are the Light of the world. A city set set on
a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do men light a lamp, and put it under a peck measure, but on the lamp-stand; and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light shine before men in such away that they see your good works, and Glorify your Father who is in Heaven.” Matthew 5:14
On June 29th, 2008 Brenda Crocker Angel-Copeland and Sculpt America unveiled her sculpture of Jesus, The Lamb of God, for many to see. It is reported that 33,000 where present. This sculpture is a direct result of a dream that God gave to Brenda, and an instruction to sculpt what she saw in the dream. Prior to that she had never sculpted anything, and didn’t even know where to buy clay.
This gifting and calling can be found in Scripture as well, “And I have filled him with the Spirit of God in wisdom, in understanding, in knowledge, and in all kinds of craftmanship, to make artistic designs for work in gold, in silver, and in bronze, and in the cutting of stones for settings, and in the carving of
wood, that he may work in all kinds of craftman-ship.” Exodus 31:3-5.
To God be all the glory Forever!
Jesus, said, “And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto Myself ” John 12:32
This sculpture is able to preach the gospe l o f Je sus , crossing denominational barriers, languages, and the customs of man , and i t w i l l do so for thousands of years.
“Behold, God is my salvation, I will trust and not be afraid; For the Lord is my strength and song, And He has become my salvation. Therefore you will joyously draw water from the springs of salvation And in that day you will say, ‘Give thanks to the Lord, call on His
name. Make known His deeds among the peoples: Make them remember that His name is exalted.’” Psalm 12:2-4

“Since therefore brethren, we have confidence to enter the Holy place by the blood of Jesus, by a ne w l i v ing way which He inaugurated for us through the veil, that is His flesh, and since we have a great Priest over the house of God, let us draw near with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith.” Hebrews 10:19-22a
THE ARTIST, REFLECTING ON GOD’S AMAZING LOVE. “Now the God of Peace, who brought up from the dead the great Shepherd of the sheep
through the blood of the eternal covenant, even Jesus our Lord, equip you in every good thing to do His will, working in us that which is pleasing in His sight, through Jesus Christ, to whom be the glory forever and ever. Amen.” Hebrews 13:20-21
