Includes 2 workouts per week with a certified personal trainer. Before and after pictures and 2 body composition measurements at the start and end of the session are included. ($50 value) Tue/Thur: 10:00am Wed/Fri: 7:30pm Y-Fit Bootcamp: 30 minutes M: $60 N: $100 This class will offer a fusion of different exercise techniques all geared towards shredding body fat and improving muscular endurance. This class also includes ropes, sprints, bodyweight and weight-loaded exercises in a circuit fashion to effectively burn calories and raise your metabolism for up to 48 hours after your workout! Tue: 5:30pm Sat: 7:30am Kettlebell Shred and Tone: 45 minutes M: $60 N: $100 Get ready for summer with our brand new kettlebell class, which will help promote overall weight-loss and muscle tone. Perform simple, highly efficient exercise that will shred fat and skyrocket your muscle endurance. Fri: 6:00pm JUMP START ORIENTATIONS Members receive 2 FREE sessions to learn how to use the equipment. Visit our Welcome Center to make an appointment. F: $120 M: $160 N: $200This self-defense, Martial Arts class emphasizes self-defense techniques. Participants will be taught the necessary discipline and respect while using simple body mechanics, leverage, and momentum to control an opponent with efficiency and minimal effort!Wed: 5:30pm - ages 5-14
