Over the last two decades, rising internet and mobile phone has penetrated our lives and changed

benchmarks estimate that the number of parcel check-outs in e-commerce portals exceeded 100
million in 2013. However, this share represents a miniscule proportion (less than 1%) of India’s total
retail market, but is poised for continued growth in the coming years. If this robust growth
continues over the next few years, the size of the e-retail industry is poised to be 10 to 20 billion
USD by 2020-2023. This growth is expected to be led by increased consumer-led purchases in
durables, electronics, apparels and accessories, besides traditional products such as books, audio-
visuals etc.

Customer Loyalty Earning & Remuneration (CLEAR) is a unique self driven online-integrated
exclusive Remuneration Program of www.safeshopindia.com which helps people earn a
Remuneration on the basis of their efforts and skill.
Level of your remuneration will be a comprehensive reflection of how you and your team
are performing in referring /promoting new purchases and how frequent and valued is the
product. Below given Income plan includes a balance of overall individual, team and product

DS Sell on MRP.
1. RETAIL REMUNERATION :
A Direct Seller gets discount on every
purchase at www.safeshopindia.com, he /
she will get the products at discounted prices
referred as Safe Shop Price* (SSP). Direct
Seller can now sell these products at MRP**
or below but not below the SSP. The
difference of (MRP- SSP) is the Direct Seller
profit. Safe Shop offers a saving of upto 35%
on majority of products.
For Example:
MRP – SSP = Retail Remuneration
Retail Remuneration
= MRP – SSP
MRP = Rs. 500
= Rs. 175/-
= 500 – 325
SSP = Rs. 325
2. PREFERRED CUSTOMER REMUNERATION :
Example: Every time you support a new customer / DS to make a purchase of 50 BV or 100 BV or
200 BV from , you shall earn Rs. 50/- or Rs. 100/- or Rs. 200/- (as the case www.safeshopindia.com
may be) as a Preferred Customer Remuneration.
rdWhen an active DS makes 3 sale of 200 BV under his / her support group by his / her direct
support, the Company provides a Booster Benefit of upto Rs. 4500/- to the sponsor DS. This rd th thbooster benefit is given only on 3 , 6 and 9 directly sponsored sale only.
The Direct Seller can promote on social media, or to his email contacts / www.safeshopindia.com
general acquaintances & relatives. If an existing 'Direct Seller' supports a new 'Direct
Seller'/'Customer', for purchase of the products then he / she earns special points called as
Business Volume (BV's) points.
This is Multiple Direct Selling Program; one person can support unlimited Direct Sellers, and the
said remuneration is subject to purchase/sale of products made by them only.
1. Preferred Customer Remuneration is paid on weekly basis.
3. To receive Preferred Customer Remuneration, DS should be active.

3. TEAM BUSINESS REMUNERATION :
When you impart training to your Direct Sellers, they can further start supporting new Direct Sellers /
selling of products, thereby creating a team under them. Each of your Direct Seller becomes a vertical
in your group. When a new Direct Seller is referred in any vertical under you who purchase/sale the
products, all the Direct Sellers in the team of DS will earn BV's points.
Team Business Remuneration is paid to the active DS on building sales volume equally distributed in
both the verticals.
When an existing active DS sales/purchases of 200 BV equally distributed in both verticals it earns
Team Business Matching Points (TBMP). A DS has an option to build 6 verticals under 3 groups named
as Blue, Amber & Purple. Within these 3 groups a DS earns Team Business Matching Points identified
as Blue Matching Points (BMP), Amber Matching Points (AMP) and Purple Matching Points (PMP) as
shown in below example.
When an existing active DS refers sale of 200 BV directly, equally distributed in two verticals of Blue group, it
makes the First BMP for the sponsor DS and makes him / her eligible for Team Business Remuneration and is
calculated as mentioned below:
Business in Left Vertical = 100 BV
Total Business matched in both the verticals = 100 BVBusiness in Right Vertical = 200 BV
For Example:
On matching of sales of 100 BV in both verticals total business achieved is 200 BV, DS earns Rs. 2.5/- per BV,
therefore his / her Team Business Remuneration = Rs. 2.5 x 200 = Rs. 500/- and rest business of 100 BV from right
vertical will be carry forwarded to the next closing.

If a DS has a total active business of 10000 BV under his both the verticals, with a minimum business of 3400 BV
in his / her weaker vertical, the DS achieves a rank of Silver Direct Seller.
RECOGNITION LEVEL :
Qualification criteria of further ranks are mentioned in the below table:
Further enhanced achievement levels, in which all three business group verticals will be considered - shall
soon be announced.
Further when a DS has a total business of 50000 BV under his both the verticals, with a minimum business of
17000 BV in his / her weaker vertical, he / she achieve the rank of Gold DS.

7. DS Entity reserves the right to change / modify Team Business Remuneration.
10. The maximum payout in Team Business Remuneration in safe shop Remuneration system is capped up to 55% of total DS Entity vide BV. If in any
week the total payout of Incentives and rewards exceeds 55% of total DS Entity vide BV, the actual payout will be 55% and all DS commissions will
be calculated on pro rata basis.
11. Safeshop does not charge any amount for subscription or enrolment or levy any fee for registration / joining charges for becoming a Direct Seller of
the company. To participate in the Remuneration Plan of the company, DS needs to Active DS: A DS who has purchased a product of 1 BV or above
and has referred and sold products to two different customers.

6. Safeshop does not pay any Business Remuneration for sheer act of building the sales team without any product sales.

200000 capping + 20% Bonus & Group with Third Highest Incentive at 2,00,000 capping + 30% Bonus,
Gross Incentive earned for particular week from each group is as follows:
Group with highest incentive = Rs. 2,35,000/- = Rs. 2,00,000/-
rdGroup with 3 highest incentive = Rs. 1,95,000/- = Rs. 1,95,000 + 30% = Rs. 195000 + 58,500 = Rs. 2,53,500/-
ndGroup with 2 highest incentive = Rs. 2,10,000/- = Rs. 2,00,000 + 20% = Rs. 200000 + 40,000 = Rs. 2,40,000/-
Total Team Business Incentive for particular week = Rs. 200000 + Rs. 253500 + Rs. 240000 = 693500/-
Let's Assume:
Amber Group = Rs. 2,10,000/-
Maximum threshold limit of earning Team Business Remuneration is Rs. 2,00,000/- per week from each Blue
Group , Amber Group & Purple Group.
Net Calculation of Team Business Remuneration after capping will be as follows:
NOTES & TERMINOLOGY:
Team Retail Shopping Remuneration is paid to DS on successfully building business volume equally
distributed in two verticals and is calculated on the basis of the total Business Volume generated.
If a DS has sales of 600 BV in one vertical and sales of 1000 BV in other vertical. Team purchase
Shopping Remuneration is paid to you on the matched BV in both the verticals. Any unpaid BV will
be carry forwarded to the following week as long as the DS remains active.
Safe Shop Remuneration Program remunerates its DS with Team purchase Shopping Remuneration
on the basis of Business Volume points generated from the purchases made by the DS and his / her
team.

2,00,000/- per group.
Ÿ Fresher DS doing a business of 25 BV & above after every one year would be eligible for Business Remuneration.
Ÿ Company reserves its right to change / modify Team purchase Shopping Remuneration.
Ÿ 1 BV = Rs.2.5/-
Ÿ BV = Business Volume
Ÿ Team purchase Shopping Remuneration is paid to DS periodically.
Ÿ All Incomes are subject to applicable taxes and expenses incurred to build the business.
NOTES & TERMINOLOGY:
GLOSSARY
1. Safe & Secure Online Marketing Private Limited also referred as Safe Shop / DS Entity.
2. Safe Shop Remuneration System is also referred as SSRP / CLEAR.
5. EXISTING / ACTIVE DIRECT SELLER - Is Independent Business member of the Company for selling
the Products and Services of the Company either directly or otherwise as Team in accordance with
the Business policies and practices of the Company and applicable Law of the Land. The Active /
Existing DS will abide by the laid down procedures and practices of the Company for availing the
benefits and incentives as given by the Company besides Law of the Land. In no manner whatsoever
the Active / Existing DS will represent himself as an employee / owner / partner / management of
the Company.
6. PROSPECT CUSTOMER - Means a person to whom an offer or a proposal is made by the Direct
Selling Agent to know more about the direct selling opportunity.

4. DIRECT SELLER (DS) - Is a registered DS / Consumer availing the products and services of the
Company for self consumption purpose or for the consumption of friends and relatives. DS does
not denote in any manner relation to the Company except a customer of the Company.
