ULTRASure ™ WARRANTY FACTS*

Limit of Warranty: Ensures the Termites within the Covered Property are eliminated; and

Repairs or replenishes the ULTRATHOR Termite Defence Zone; and

Repairs or replaces all structural and decorative timbers damaged by the Subterranean Termites up to a maximum value of $100,000 should the ULTRATHOR Termite Defence Zone fail.

Warranty Period: Up to eight (8) years, subject to annual inspections.

Inspections during warranty:

Every twevle (12) months, or more frequently if recommended due to high termite pressure. Inspections must be performed by an ULTRATHOR TRUSTED Professional Pest Manager.

Warranty Coverage: WARRANTY ONLY APPLIES WHEN

1. The Covered Property has been inspected and a Termite Inspection Report is provided in accord with the requirements of the Australian Standard AS 3660 Termite management, Part 2: In and around existing buildings and structures—Guidelines.

2. The Property Owner has corrected any conducive conditions noted in the above report as recommended.

3. ULTRATHOR Water-based Termiticide is applied to form the ULTRATHOR Termite Defence Zone in accordance with the then current Australian Standard Series AS 3660 Termite management and the ULTRATHOR Water-based Termiticide product label.

4. A Certificate of Termite Treatment, for each and every application of ULTRATHOR Water-based Termiticide, is provided.

5. A Termite Management Notice is applied to the Covered Property.

6. Regular inspections are carried out by the ULTRATHOR Trusted Professional Pest Manager, at least annually, and more frequently if so recommended.
