Road No 12 Banjara Hills, Palred Technologies Limited is an India-based holding company. The Company is engaged
in providing information technology (IT) solutions and IT services for media and
entertainment. It has an online e-commerce portal, and is engaged in trading online in
computers, mobiles, electronic products and computer peripherals. The Company also
offers various IT services, such as Middleware and Master Data Management (MDM). Its
middleware services are available in two versions- Commercial and Community Driven
(Open Source). The Company operates various Palred Stores, which provide system and
process solutions and e-commerce sites, such as Saverable.com and Great Indian t.com
(Git.com). Saverable.com provides comparison of services, such as banking account,
insurance schemes and loan offers. Git.com is an online entertainment Website. The
Company, through its subsidiary, Palred Online Technologies Private Limited, owns and
operates www.latestone.com, which is a techno-based online retail store.

The Company has not generated any operational revenue from
the quarter ended Sept’ 16. The Company made a profit of ₹0.09
crores in quarter ending Sep’17 vis-a-vis making a loss of ₹0.22
