UNITED STATES NAVY HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER, LIEUTENANT COMMANDER Sep 2006–Present Led a division of 25 personnel. Created and facilitated a training program for over 300 enlisted and officer recruiters. Successfully enlisted or commissioned nearly 1,500 recruits—often with an emphasis on STEM. Routinely beat annual goals in technical fields by over 150%. Sat on the Navy’s Human Resources Recruiting Board of Directors. • EXECUTIVE TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT Navy Recruiting Human Resource Board of Directors Member: Project Manager on developing the HR Career Guidebook for the entire Navy HR Community of 484 Officers. Developed and executed training to Senior Officers on mentoring and mentorship programs for the entire Navy HR Community. Developed and trained over 300 enlisted and officer recruiters in best recruiting practices and leadership fundamentals.
• TEAM BUILDING & TEAM LEADERSHIP OPTIMIZATION Mentorship Coordinator Developed content for the nation’s Naval HR Officers mentorship program. Coordinated and conducted mentorship training to senior HR Officers. Coordinated community service events for the Division. Facilitated 360-‐degree review for command focusing on attributes of transformational leadership.
