    Direction option was checked in Program Settings.

    (15259) The background color imported using the *.rplx file was changed,

    when the user drew curves or deleted drawn curves.

    (14908) The contact force of Tire Force was not calculated correctly, when

    the user used the RecurDyn Road file and the normal vector of the road

    patch was minus

    (14611) When the user selected a rotate axis of a body using Advanced

    Object Control, the display of another body which has a transparent color

    in the model was wrong.

    (15068) The value of Time Offset in the Simulation dialog box was set as

    when the number of data in drawn plots is different.

    (13840) The value of Max, Min and Average was wrong when the user

    drew a plot using Draw & Export.

    The user can control analysis until MATLAB 2012a version.

    Fixed Problems

    (14624) In the model rotated the FFlex body, the display of the contact

    icon was different before and after the simulation and the user could not

    select the icon from the Working Window after the simulation.

    (12413) The user could not input the name of node directly without using

    the arguments list when the user created the expression by using the

    stress/strain function.

    (14828) The rfi file was wrong when the user generated a rfi file from an

    out file that had two or more RBE3 elements using Output2 file

    (.op2, .out).

    (14836) The user could not import a bdf file that did not have information

    of Asy and Asz in the property of PBEAM.

    (14960) RecurDyn was crashed when the user clicked the Auto Adjust

    button at the Patch Set dialog box for solid elements.

    (15255) The result of stress was incorrect in case of the beam cross

    section as circle and pipe.

    (14524) The exported data and contour about a contact pressure was

    wrong in case of using Start Time of Start & End Times for Output in

    the Dynamic/Kinematic dialog.

    (15213) The user could not make the *.rfi file with an error, when the user

    selected "Output files (*.out)" in "RFlex interface" dialog box and then the

    user used an *.out file made in MSC/Nastran 2005 version and included

    the CQUAD4 element.

    RecurDyn/HAT

    Fixed Problems

    (14108) The free length of spring between TPBall and TPCylinder was not

    updated, when the user modified the value of Maximum Disp. Of Check

    Ball after a HAT model was made.

    RecurDyn/Crank

    Fixed Problems

    (15502) All data about result of Request was not written into the *.req file.

    (15504) The result of draw was incorrect when the user inputted Scale

    Factor for a gas force as Parametric Value.

    RecurDyn/MTT2D

    Upgrade Functions

    (14787) Speed Sensor

    In the case of multi-sheet, the evaluation method of the speed sensor was

    upgraded.

    Fixed Problems

    (11287) The name of the event sensors and the results did not match.

    (14991) The name of MotherBody of guides was incorrect if the user

    imported the *.rdsb file that saved the name of MotherBody in English to

    model using the name of MotherBody in Japanese.

    (14594) The arrow of the contact direction was not displayed right when

    the user clicked on the Align Guide Orientation icon.

  • (14492) The strange display was shown at the first simulation of the

    extracted model when the user performed a dynamic analysis with the

    extracted model by using Display Animation.

    RecurDyn/MTT3D

    Fixed Problems

    (14594) The arrow of the contact direction was not displayed right when

    the user clicked on the Align Guide Orientation icon.

    (15228) The contact force was not calculated correctly, when the user

    uses the Check Edge function of Arc Guide.

    (14976) The contact force was not calculated correctly, when the user

    used more than 2 sheets in the MTT3D system and the sheets are used in

    the sheet to the surface contact.

    (13908) The user could not change the color of mesh line about Sheet

    Shell without the FFlex license.

    (15478) The position of guides was changed when the user opened the

    model that was defined with a 2D contact.

    (11471) The body did not move to the original position by inputting

    original PV after the user moved a body by updating PV.

    (12346) RecurDyn was crashed when the user changed the modeling

    option during modeling with turn the Rotate option or Translate option on.

    (11762) RecurDyn was crashed when the user clicked the icon of Setup

    Working Plane and Grid with activated split of window command.

    (12374) The user could not use an edge as the second entity when the

    user measures a distance.

    (10350) The user could not align using Face-Face Align of Object Contact

    Advance when the orientation of base and action bodies were different.

    (12394) The position of CM of a body that was defined by PV and PP was

    not updated using the updated PV when the Create Center Marker on

    Principal Axis Direction option in the Program Settings was checked.

    (11951) RecurDyn was crashed when the dynamic analysis was performed

    using a Solid Contact model with the non-manifold geometry.

    (12618) The value of Maximum Friction Force was changed to 0

    automatically when the user opened the model which was made in V7R5

    Sp1 or before V7R5.

    (12063) Sphere To ArcRevolution Contact did not work correctly in some

    cases.

    (12522) The Akima spline interpolation was incorrect when the user

    inputted a lot of data.

    (11107) The dynamic analysis was not performed until the end time when

    the step size was reduced in the last step.

    (8856) RecurDyn created a temp file in the Local Setting folder when the

    user opened a plot file.

    (12129) RecurDyn was crashed when the wrong text file included in the

    format of columns was imported.

    (12557) The dynamic analysis was not performed with a Sphere In Box

    Contact model that was defined as the Sliding&Stiction type of friction.

    (12473) The user could not build the user-defined DLL as the Intel Fortran

    entered by the user using Object Control in the Body Edit mode.

    (12797) The user could not change the name of scope in the Database

    Window using Rename of the right mouse menu.

    (13174) RecurDyn was crashed when the user opened a sdk file without a

    rbx file and a xmt_txt file.

    (11009) RecurDyn was crashed when the dynamic analysis was performed

    with a model that used USUB dll if that was built at the x64 version of

    Visual Studio 2010.

    (12429) The user could import a wrong stl file.

    (12099) The user could not update the position of body using PP when the

    user changed a value in the Parametric Point List dialog.

    (11460) The result of FX, FY, FZ, TX, TY, TZ functions was incorrect when

    the user defined arguments as the base marker and action marker of a

    joint using Motion.

    (12961) The error message occurred when the user checked Max Value,

    Min Value, Time Average and then drew using Draw & Export in Plot.

    (11943) The result was not displayed in the scope that was defined as

    Entity if the Reference Frame was a marker with the non-English name.

    (12415) RecurDyn was crashed when the user changed modes such as the

    Body Edit mode, the Subsystem mode frequently.

    (11266) The image onto the body by the Use Picture option in the

    Properties dialog of body was not shown when the user loads an animation

    at the Plot Window.

    (10944) The result of PSD was incorrect in Plot.

    (13862) The Object Control did not work in Profile Mode.

    Member variable GetReferenceFrameInfoOfCenterMarker was added to

    Fixed Problems

    (11996) The dynamic analysis was not performed by linking with CoLink.

    (10056) The related contact was not deleted when the user deleted a body.

    (11398) The user could make a Node Set with nonexistent nodes.

    (11810) RecurDyn was crashed when the dynamic analysis was performed

    with a model that added newly after deleting an event sensor in MTT2D.

    RecurDyn/AutoDesign

    Fixed Problems

    (10935) RecurDyn was crashed after the static analysis when the DOE was

    performed with the static analysis using a model that defined AR as the

    Stress (ElementSet) type.

    (10556) The DOE analysis was wrong when the user used the FE Shape

    function as Design Variable.

    RecurDyn/CoLink

    Upgrade Functions

    (10597) Refresh button in the 2D type of Signal Table block

    The user can immediately apply the changed Num of Columns at the table

    using the Refresh button in the 2D type of Signal Table block.

    Fixed Problems

    (10586) The user could not input a negative value as the X value in the

    Signal Table block.

    (12001) The result of PI shown at Result Sheet was zero when the design

    study was performed by linking with CoLink.

    (11178) The range of X-axis at the plot in the Signal Chart block is shown

    incorrectly.

    (11913) The bode analysis was not performed without the CoLink block.

    (11777) The dynamic analysis was not performed by linking with CoLink

    when a block used PV if that was a large value such as 1e6, 1e9.

    (13020) The result was incorrect when the dynamic analysis was

    performed with a model that had discrete blocks with Recurdyn Solver.

    RecurDyn/FFlex

    Upgraded Functions

    (12065) The evaluation method for stress and strain in Contour

    The evaluation method for stress(S1,S2,S3,SINT,SMISES) and

    strain(E1,E2,E3,EINT,EMISES) are upgraded with the MKL library in order

    to get more stable and accurate values in Contour.

    Fixed Problems

    (8880)The ANSYS interface could not read an input file from Ansys

    Workbench v12 or higher.

    (12045) The drilling factor was not used in the solver correctly when the

    user uses the drilling factor in the shell9 element.

    (12732) The user could not change FC Load in the DFRA Excitation Loads

    dialog.

    (11368) The CPU time that was written in the message file was always

    zero.

    (12847) RecurDyn was crashed when the user opened a model that was

    turned on the animation flag and did not include the animation data.

    (12413) The user could not input the Node ID of Stress function and

    Strain function directly.

    (7279) The user could not stop during performing DFRA.

    (13146) The preview of base entity was not disappeared when the Preview

    option was unchecked.

    (11358) The preview of a patch set using Solid6 element was strange.

    (13166) The shear area ratio was incorrect when the user wanted to

    calculate the beam cross section property for hollow-rectangle, I-Beam

    and T-Beam.

    (13192) The user could not select patches with Select by Polygon mode

    when creating patch set.

    (8876) The result was not displayed in the scope that was defined as a

    marker on a node of FFlex body.

    (11389) The result of animation scaling was displayed incorrectly when

    the Contour type was Displacement.

    (10321) The dynamic analysis was not performed with a model that had a

    marker referring a node, if the node did not belong to an element.

    (12771) The FFlex body deformed strangely when the user performed the

    dynamic analysis several times if the Every Step option was selected in

    Strain, Stress Recovery Options in FFlex Options in case of the IF DLL

    (11386) The result of animation scaling was displayed incorrectly when

    the user used a model extracted.

    (12407) RecurDyn was crashed when the user opened a model that was

    saved during playing the animation.

    (10482) The animation was shown only the last frame after the user

    imported a RAN file.

    RecurDyn/Mesher

    Fixed Problems

    (11633) RecurDyn was crashed when the user tried to revert the mesh

    repeatedly as following step: Create a body -> Mesh mode -> Mesh ->

    Exit Mesh mode -> Mesh Mode -> Revert -> Mesh -> Exit Mesh mode ->

    undo 4 actions.

    (10504) The user could not navigate a body after clicking the Mesher icon

    in the Toolkit bar.

    (13038) The direction of rotation about Axis was operating in a

    counterclockwise direction in case of the Spin type of Manual Mesh.

    (12606) The size of created elements was too small compared with the

    minimum size defined by the user in case of spline.

    RecurDyn/RFlex

    Upgraded Functions

    (8638) Writing Node ID in the FEA loads data The user could input Node ID in the Views Loads List dialog when the Export Format was Ansys and the Body was rigid body in the FEA export

    function. And then the Node ID was written data file. (9614) Supporting Ansys v13

    The user could make rfi file using MAC file provided from RecurDyn that supports up to Ansys v13.

    Fixed Problems

    (11808) RecurDyn was crashed when the user generated the stress shape

    using the rfi of Ansys Solid 187 element that was used the Remove Mid-

    Node Related Information option when the user created the rfi file in

    RecurDyn using the Stress Shape Interface.

    (12318) The moment of inertia was incorrect in case of the Hollow

    Rectangular Beam type in Beam Group.

  • (9201) RecurDyn was crashed when the dynamic analysis was performed

    with a model that had a path of rfi file as non-English characters.

    (10495) The user could not make a rfi file using a large output file such as

    14 GB. It was applied to x64 version only.

    (11643) The result of stress and strain was incorrect when the user

    imported an op2 file to the rfi file using Stress Shape Interface.

    (7196) The user could not perform modal analysis using script file

    (RecurDyn_fem.prg) provided from RecurDyn for solid linear tetrahedron

    element of NX I-DEAS.

    RecurDyn/Tire

    Fixed Problems

    (12468) RecurDyn was crashed when the dynamic analysis was performed

    using a model MF-Tire or SWIFT on V7R5 Sp2 x86 IF.

    (12715) The user could not perform the dynamic analysis using more than

    2 UA-Tire models that were defined as the same action entity in Solid

    Contact.

    (12232) The solving speed SWIFT tire was not fast.

    RecurDyn/Belt

    Fixed Problems

    (11601) The output value of speed senor was strange in case of beam belt.

    (11621) The initial velocity was not applied when the Initial Longitudinal

    Velocity in the Properties dialog of Beam Belt was defined as a value or PV.

    (11308) The animation was wrong in case of a beam belt.

    RecurDyn/Control

    Fixed Problems

    (12085) The written values of RecurDyn_inputs and RecurDyn_outputs in

    the m file exported was incorrect when the user defined a model name as

    non-English characters.

    (13099) The Waiting Time defined in the CoSim dialog was applied just

    once at first.

    Information Automatically was on or off in the Properties dialog of Sheet.

    (13231) SPV did not apply to the entity of imported subsystem as Insert

    in the Current Subsystem when the user changed SPV in the pre-exist

    entity.

    (10523) The user could not define Start Point and Direction Point of sheet

    as Parametric Point.

    (11381) RecurDyn was crashed when the user closed a model that had a

    copy and paste guide body from other model.

    RecurDyn/MTT3D

    Fixed Problems

    (11910) The defined scope at the Properties dialog of Sheet Shell was not

    drawn.

    (11782) The sheet on the linear guide was not displayed in the Shade

    mode.

    (12147) The color was not applied when the user changed the color

    setting in the Properties dialog of Sheet Shell.

    (12127) The result of PI shown at Result Sheet was zero when the design

    study was performed after the Performance Index was defined as a node

    of Sheet Shell.

    (12520) The user could not navigate output nodes in the Properties dialog

    of Sheet Shell when the Sheet Shell was closed to the linear guide.

    Fixed Problems

    (12293) The user could not use the spline type of Empirical Formula in the

    Rigid to RFlex Contact and RFlex to RFlex Contact.

    (13489) RecurDyn was crashed when the user opened the Properties

    dialog of Piston Liner Connector that was defined as Surface Contact.

    of Links in the Properties dialog of Assembly was defined as PV.

    (12264) The contact did not occur between a link and a side of sprocket

    The creation condition for Spline was changed from X(N+1) >= X(N) to

    (11226) RecurDyn was crashed when you deleted it after clicking the right

    mouse button on the entity of Database during operation.

    (11070) An Axis was added when Select Zoom was performed after

    Multiple Axis was applied in Plot.

    (11051) An error occurred when the dynamics analysis was performed

    after Laser and PointInBox Sensor were defined in the MTT2D, MTT3D,

    Chain subsystem.

    (11122) RecurDyn was crashed if two markers were in the same position

    after Scope was displayed after defining VR in Expression.

    (11049) The analysis was performed after the defined Numerical Damping

    value was changed to 0 unconditionally when Integration was defined in

    Scenario.

    (11268) In V7R5 SP1, the value of Reaction Force was incorrect when the

    action body and base body for Revolute Joint was exchanged and they was

    included in Friction.

    (11339) The value of Maximum Friction Force was changed to 0.1

    unconditionally when you opened it, if you saved it after defining

    Maximum Friction Force of Contact for a model in V7R4.

    (11339) You could not open it when you saved it after defining Maximum

    Friction Force of Contact by PV for a model in V7R4.

    (11374) RecurDyn was crashed with an error when you clicked Light in

    View of Menu.

    RecurDyn/ProcessNet

    Fixed Problems

    (10979) The position of marker was not different to the position of node

    when a marker was created on the node.

  • (11096) The following page did not exist in PrcessNet help.

    Help > ProcessNet Function > Version History > Changes from V7R4 to

    V7R5 > MTT2D

    (11087) When NodeSet, ElementSet, PatchSet were created, IDs of the

    Upgraded Functions

    (11008) Adding SD Value of Treatment in the Analysis Response

    SD Value of Treatment in the Analysis Response dialog box was added.

    (SD is the standard deviation.)

    Changed Functions

    (11006) Formulation of MAX Deviation Value in Analysis Response

    The formulation of MAX_Dev Value in the Treatment option of Analysis

    Response was changed to MAX( ( Max value - Average ), ( Average - Min

    value ) ).

    Fixed Problems

    (10995) RecurDyn was crashed when Optimization was performed after

    Get From Simulation History was only applied by DOE Method.

    RecurDyn/CoLink

    Fixed Problems

    (10990) CoLink was crashed when RecurDyn was performed the dynamic

    analysis by linking with CoLink after the name of Parametric Value was

    used by the reserved word of C in RecurDyn.

    (11244) PVs of the CoLink model were not updated when a model which

    was linked with CoLink was analyzed in CoLink.

    (11399) CoLink was crashed if the dynamic analysis was performed in

    order when a model used by the solver of RecurDyn Type and another

    model used by the solver of Fixed-Step Type were opened at the same

    time.

    Fixed Problems

    (11103) The IF x64 solver was crashed when a patchset was used in more

    than two FSurface to Surface Contacts.

    (11100) The Contour data of the Contact Pressure was incorrect in case of

    the parabolic element. (Parabolic element : Shell9, Solid10, Solid26)

    (11090) The Contour data of Stress/Strain was incorrect in case of the

    shell element.

    (10977) You could not use the changed ID of Node although the ID was

    modified in Working Window when you changed the ID of Node in the

    imported FFlex body.

    (11159) The FFlex Body was not displayed in the animation when you

    opened it and imported the RAD file after modeling a model and analyzing

    it in the previous version.

    (11126) The information of Legend for Min/Max. Stress in Contour was

    incorrect.

    (11012) You could not import by an error when the *.inp file which was

    created in Ansys 11 was imported.

    (11015) An error occurred by the equation for Shear Modulus, Youngs

    Modulus, Poissons Ratio when PV linked with Shear Modulus, Youngs

    Modulus, Poissons Ratio in Assemble Mode was updated.

    (11490) The Stress order of data in an exported file was changed from

    Sxx, Syy, Szz, Sxy, Syz, Sxz to Sxx, Sxy, Syy, Sxz, Syz, Szz in Durability

    You can use EHD Solver Setting option in the EHD Properties dialog. The

    parameters listed in EHD Solver Setting are the values used for the

    numerical analysis.

    Fixed Problems

    When the inner body in the EHD system by rotating penetrated the outer

    body by rotating, the torque to protect such a phenomenon did not occur.

    When a beam belt was moved by using Object Control in the beam belt
