KidStock Theater Camp“The Great Expedition of 1894” is a hilarious, rollicking farce in the tradi-tion of Victorian melodrama. The script draws from 19th century themes and literary characters to create a steam-punk presen-tation. Completing the theme are imaginative costumes and lots of tea! This year’s camp is sure to be a hit with kids! The camp consists of fun daily skill-building workshops that help campers present a stellar per-formance on the final day. Led by the June Bug Center, now celebrating 6 years of operation. Campers gain confidence, learn teamwork, listen to direction, develop leadership skills and memories that will last a lifetime.

Tai ChiT’ai Chi Chaun can be described as an exercise consisting of slow, re-laxed movements that help us develop internal and external balance and harmony. The moves are practiced in a slow controlled fashion that builds strength as well as balance. T’ai Chi Chaun requires mindful concentra-tion similar to meditation. The slow rhythmic movements relax the body and clear the mind. The movements are done with a feeling of buoyancy and lightness as if swimming in air. Another important aspect is the posi-tive effect it has on circulation and stimulating blood flow to the organs. Six week program. Instructor: Denis Spencer.

Make advance reservations by calling Don at 540-387-6078 ext. 478 to guarantee the use of a particular shelter, on a certain day, during a specific time. We recommend 30 days advance notice to reserve a shelter. No refunds are provided if a reservation is cancelled; however, we will reschedule your reservation to another available time or date during our current season. “Special Use Permits” from the County may be required for certain events.
