The marketProfits of far more than 5 billion Euros – carefully estimated – are made every year in Germany with the equestrian sport. About 2,6 billion Euros are annually spent by horsemen, drivers, vaulters and breeders for equestrian sport and keeping. 4 million of the German speaking population over 14 years of age are riding on horse-back “frequently” or at least “occasionally”.
