• Remote systems connected to the barebone composed of one or more positions

another node or even by call-takers in the Central node.• Other nodes may assist one or more in case of flood of calls (important disaster

Features (III)CAD Integration
Integrated with major Emergency management applications: Gespol, EuroCop, Cestrack as wellas other Call Dispatcher 112/061 applications: Seneca, eSafety, Sige, Sitrem, Airs, Presence, etc.
Dispatch applications manage the ticket from an incident call driving it to the available resources. It is integrated with the management interface of Calypso's communications matrix. The Calypso System is fully integrated with external management applications and Geo-location and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which indicate the available resources and its proximity to the place of the incident.. CALYPSO integrates emergency calls and MSDs frames of theeCall european standard.
CALYPSO Matrix is integrated with the infrastructure and radio communications systems deployed by the emergency
agency (Police, Civil Protection, 112, 061 ..) or by the Operator network.
Allows the connection with the majority of professional radio manufacturers, such as: Motorola, Kenwood, Teltronic,
Sepura etc. At the same time is backwards compatible with analog modulation, trunking or Tetra of those marks.
Telephone infrastructure can be used for making radio calls.

eCall SubSystem
«eCall» eCall is a pan-European call service from vehicles that in case of accident uses the 112 European
emergency number.
On board each vehicle there will be a device that in case of accident will send to the 112 center its GPS position,
impact strength, speed, chassis number, number of occupants etc . and will allow a handsfree voice access.
Also it will be possible to contact 112 manually by pressing a button located inside the vehicle .
The goal is the full deployment of this system in 2017, when all new manufactured vehicles put on board the
device.
CESTEL has developed the CES-eCall server that allows both, decoding MSD data frames received on the 112 as its
integration with existing telephony systems.

Recording Systems VC-112Multiagency Architecture
In an Emergency center coexist multiple groups: Police, Fire fighters, etc. In addition to the own 112/911
each has its own organizational structure: agents, supervisors, coordinators, etc.
The multitenant architecture of VC-112 (Vision Quality) included with Calypso, allow each organizational
group visibility only from its own domain configuration and recordings.
This architecture has three levels:
Super Administrator: access to all features and functionalities
Group Manager : manages user permissions of its group and is capable of reproducing / removing all
recordings from that group
Simple User: capable of reproducing / removing only its own recordings
Users can belong to one or more domains with different permissions and privileges.

• To certain incidents that generate social alarm, illegal leak of recordings can compromise the performance
of the emergency center misrepresenting the actual information and creating uncertainty in the population
• Some mass media can even manipulate these recordings, editing them, deleting this or that part of it, thus
obtaining a “product" out of context that can question the Centre's procedures causing irreparable damage
image.
• Quality Vision incorporates an optional patented brands of not audible Watermarks that avoids these
problems, allowing ensure the integrity of the recordings and identify the operator which illegally extracted
the recording from the center.
• Watermarks will be included both: in recordings taken on file and in recordings that are made with external
device with microphone (recorders, mobile phones, etc .)
• Thus, we will always know who has reproduced or extracted a conversation from the recording system and
who leaked it without authorization.

• With recording systems VC-112 incorporated into Calypso it will be possible to identify unequivocally
callers to 112 (by radio or telephone).
• Recordings will be filtered by speaker identity.
• Suitable for:
• Identify radio calls when the terminal is not identified, always knowing the identity of the speaker
• Establish alternative measures for malicious calls.
• Recovering recordings from speaker identity (biometric footprint)
