WELCOME TO OUR NEW KINDERGARTEN CHILDRENA big welcome to our Kindergarten students for 2016! Charlotte, Chaise, Lily, Hunter, Bede and Jesse have all adjusted quickly to our school and are quickly finding their feet. It is lovely to see so many new faces here at school.

WELCOME BREANNAHToday we welcomed Breannah Coghlan (pictured right)to our school. Breannah is in Year Four and has fitted in quickly. We all look forward to working with Breannah over the coming years.

STAFFING 2016We are lucky to have Miss Jamieson here five days a week this year as our Infants teacher. Mr Schultz will teach the Primary children while Mrs Clancy will be in the office each Mondya, Tuesday and Wednesday.

Mrs Lieschke will work as our School Learning Support Officer on an occasional basis.

SCHOOL UNIFORMSIt is great to see all of our students wearing our new uniform - they look fantastic. An email has been sent out today regarding the purchase of our stockings and socks.

GREATER KENGAL SWIMMING CARNIVAL We all had a wonderful day at the Greater Kengal Swimming carnival last week at Lockhart Swimming Pool. We were blessed with the weather, and it was great to see the children all competing in a positive spirit.

Congratulations to Joseph Clancy and Nikita Maclean who will progress in individual events to the Southern Riverina Carnival to be held on Friday 19th Feb at Lavington Swim Centre North Albury.

Joseph and Nikita will be joined by Declan Maclean and Chloe Scholz to form our relay team to compete in the Earl McGee Relay.

LOCKHART FNC RELAYLFNC invites you to enter a team into our Business House Relay; Friday 26th February 2016

Relay teams consists of 4 swimmers per team. Teams will compete in heats with the fastest times making it through to the final. Registration fees are $40/team. Enter as many teams as you like. Individuals wanting to swim are encouraged to register, we will help to make a team up for you. BBQ dinner & pool canteen available.

Registration forms can be obtained by contacting Megan McKenzie 0413835510.

All registration forms need to be returned by close of business Monday 22nd February.

AN EYE FOR PHOTOGRAPHYAdam Wolter has proven that he has an eye for a great photo. During a recent storm Adam snapped the pic below with an iPhone - with very impressive results! Well done, Adam!
