Dear Sirs,

Subject : Power Supply Appl ication

This is with reference to the discussions and meetings we, ________(Applicants Name)___________________________ had with Tata Power regarding the feasibility of supply of power to our

premises.

We, hereby enclose duly completed Power Supply Application Form for our final power supply requirement of

_____________ KW Connected Load, _____________ KW Sanctioned Load & ______________ KVA

Contract Demand for our Project located at _______________________ (Site address)__________________________________________________. Attached herewith are the required documents

along with necessary details of our power supply requirement.

We also agree to execute Power Supply Agreement, as per Tata Power format, before release of the power

supply. We also agree to provide necessary space, as applicable, for setting up Transformer Substation (asrequired) within our premises as per our load requirements and are willing to execute, Land Lease Agreement for

the Transformer Substation, as per Tata Power format, at a consideration of Rs. 1/- (Rupees One Only) per annum.

We are willing to bear the charges for releasing power supply to our premises as per the prevailing Schedule of

Charges as approved by Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission (MERC). We also agree to pay for the

said supply at the prevailing tariff as approved by MERC from time to time as well as security deposit and otherrelevant taxes and duties, if any, as imposed by the legal authorities like MCGM, State Govt. etc. We agree to be

bound by the provisions of the Indian Electricity Act, 2003 & by any modifications / amendments thereto.

We have read and understood the Guidelines / Procedures for Availing New Power Supply and agree to adhere to

the same.

Kindly process our Power Supply Application as per the load details indicated in the enclosed Form and send us

your acceptance along with necessary proposal for the same.

We shall submit Power Supply Application forms for individual connections within our project along

with the necessary payments before energization.
