Thisisa6modulecoursewhichcanbecommencedatanytimeandcompletedatyourownpace.20classes(choiceofYin,Restorative,VinYinyogaclassesorGuidedMeditations)willalsoneed tobe completedonline (or at ourNewFarmorBroadbeach studios or a localstudioofyourchoice).9monthsfreemembershipisgrantedtoouronlineyogaclassesat.www.myhealthyoga.tvifyouneedtocompletethecoursefullyonline.Additionalhoursaremade up with Yin Yoga related assignments, which are thoroughly enjoyable andtransformative.Pleasenoteyoumayattend1freein-houseYinYogaTeacherTrainingworkshopaspartoftheonlineYinYogaTeacherTrainingcourse(optionalifyouareinthearea).Aspecialhalf-price rate of $90/workshop is applicable if you wish to attend more than 1 in-houseworkshop.

Onsuccessfulcompletionofthetraining,you'llreceivea 'CertificateofYinYogaTeacher'.This is an 'add on' style for any Level 1 Yoga Teachers. For studentswithout a Level 1Certificate who may wish to do this course for self-development, a 'Certificate ofParticipation'willbeissuedwhichcanlaterbeusedasproofoftrainingiflateryoubecomeaqualifiedyogateacherorforcreditpointswithanyyogaassociationorfitnessassociation-100hours=100creditpoints.

The Online Yin Yoga Teacher training is divided into 6Modules. Studentswho pay thewholecourseupfrontwillbeable togetasignificantdiscountandalsogainaccess toallmodulesfromthebeginning.Wedo,however,encouragestudentstotakethemodulesinthesuggestedorderasprogressionis important. Studentswillbeablemovethroughthecourseattheirownpaceandspeed.Itisestimatedthatdoneatfullspeed,aYogicantakeapproximately1-2monthstofinish,however,wefeelthatanywherefrom6-9monthsisaperfectpacetoallowtheintegrationofYinYogaintoyourlife.ThecertificateofYinYogaTeachingwillbeissuedonlywhenallthemodules,assignments,questionnaires,activitiesand20classeshavebeencompletedandmarked.TheseclassescanbeacombinationofYinYoga,Vin-Yin,RestorativeYoga,orGuidedMeditationwhich,caneitherbedoneallonlineatwww.myhealthyoga.tv or they can attend local classes and have their teachers sign aclasslogsheet.

Students who choose the pay permodule alternative will get access to 1module everymonth.Donethiswayitwilltakeatleast6monthstocomplete.Specialarrangementsmaybemadeifastudentwishestopaymorethan1modulepermonth,orpayasyougosoyouareincontrolofpayments.

Onceyourfirstorfullpaymentisreceived,you’llreceiveawelcomeletterandyourloginandpassword.ThiswillgrantyouaccesstoouteLearningplatform.

Our eLearning Platform. The platform will show you the suggested sequence of topics. Every element you havedownloaded/watched will be marked with a check mark. You’ll be able to write youractivitiesandassignmentsdirectlyon theplatformand thensubmit for reviewonceyouhave completed them. The course has also 6 questionnaires pertaining to the contentcovered on each module. The passing grade is 70% however you can retake anyquestionnaireincaseyoufail.

The Video Modules. Thecoreofteachingisdoneviavideosandnotes.Youwillbeabletowatchthevideosoverandoveragainifneeded.

Becauseprogression is important youwill not be able tofast forward videos when you watch them for the firsttime.Thesecondtimeandafterwardsyou’llbeabletofastforwardandrewind,andalsoskiptospecificchaptersyouwishtoreview.

If you need to stop the video and continue watchinganother time, thesystemwill rememberwhereyou leftandyou’llbeabletogobacktowhereyouwereevenifitisfromadifferentdevice.

Remember you can access the platform from yourPC/Mac/Smart Phones/Tablets and most moderndevices. You will need Internet access to stream thevideosandcontent.

You’llalsobeable to takenotes inside theplatform.Noneedtokeepanotebookifyoudon’twantto.Nexttothevideo screenyouwill havewriting tools thatwill allowyou to write your own notes as you watch the video.Thesenotesaresavedinthesystem.Youcanprintyournotesdirectlyfromtheplatformaswell.

Questionnaires. You’ll have 8 questionnaires to complete during thecourse. They pertain to information and topicsdiscussed in thematerials.Make sure youwatch andstudy the modules related to a questionnaire beforeyousubmityouranswers.

Questionnaires are a combination of multiple choiceandTrue/Falsequestions.

AssignmentsYourassignmentsandactivitiescanalsobedoneinsidetheplatform. The activities and assignment section providesyouwithtypingtoolsforyoutoworkwith.

Youdonotneedtofinish itall inonego.Youwillhavetheoptionto“Savedraft”and“Submit”.Use“Savedraft”tokeepyourprogresssavedinthesystemsoyoucancomebacktoitandkeepworkingonit.

The“Submit”buttonwillsendyourworktoyourteacherformarking.Afteryouhavesubmittedyouwon’tbeabletoedityourwork,sobesureyouaredoneandhappywithitbeforeyou“submit”.

20 Yoga Classes

You are required to log 20 classes as part of therequirementssetbyYogaaccreditingbodies.Wehaveprovided you with classes that you can watch andfollowathome.Wecanmonitorhowmanytimesyouwatchaclasstohelpustrackyourprogress,however,wewill require you to fill in a class log sheet (whichwillbeprovided)asthiswillgowithyourfinal

assignments. We will be adding more classes andupdatingcontentonaregularbasis.

You are also allowed to go to a local Yoga studio ofyourchoiceandlogsomeofyourclasses.Youwillneed

How long do I have to complete the Yin course?

Strictly speaking all the My Health Yoga TeacherTraining courseshaveno setdeadlinebecausewebelieve that Yoga is not something that can orshould be rushed, rather it’s all about your ownjourneyandpath.Howeverweencouragestudentstofinishwithin9months,asthiswillencouragethesmooth flow of learning. Some students are verydiligent and complete the course in 1- 2 monthswhendoneatfullspeed.

Am I able to teach Yin Yoga after finishing the online course?

Is there an assessment around teaching a class? If so how does that happen?

What is the final process around getting registered with the appropriate national and international registration bodies? Is it as straight forward as submitting the certificate obtained at the end of your training or are there additional criteria/costs to meet?
