The community recently donated gently used dresses, accessories and other formal wear so that you can look good for prom. Ages 13-19 can bring their school ID to check out the selection being given away for FREE at the following locations:

Rancho Cordova Library Sat., March 5, 2 - 4 p.m.

North Highlands – Antelope Library Fri., March 11, 4 - 6 p.m.

South Natomas Library Sat., March 12, 2 – 4 p.m.

Valley Hi – North Laguna Library Tues., March 15, 6 - 8 p.m.

Fair Oaks Library Sat., March 19, 2 - 4 p.m.

Arcade Library Fri., March 25, 4 - 6 p.m.

McKinley Library Sat., March 26, 2 - 4 p.m.

Del Paso Heights Library Fri., April 22, 3 - 5 p.m.

How to participate:1. Invite your friends

and classmates to a giveaway event.

2. Do not wear makeup (as it may get on the formal wear).

3. Wear under-clothing (e.g. yoga shorts, sports bras, leotards, etc.). There will be limited changing space and privacy and it will make it easy for you to change in and out of dresses.

Donations still welcome

Formal wear of all sizes, including men’s wear and accessories, is still being accepted. Drop off donations at participating locations before the date of the giveaway.
