• Awalnya merupakan Local Plan, yang disiapkan oleh otoritas perencanaan lokal distrik.

• Kemudian digantikan dengan Local Development Framework yang memiliki jangka waktu 3 tahun

• Berdasarkan ketentuan transisi tertentu, rencana ini akan terus beroperasi untuk waktu setelah dimulainya sistem rencana Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004.
