KLANJE STOKE I PERADI U KLAONICAMA 2019
SLAUGHTERING OF LIVESTOCK AND POULTRY IN SLAUGHTERHOUSES 2019 U toku 2019 godine smanjen je broj zaklanih goveda za 455 dok je broj zaklanih ovaca povećan za 945 svinja za 636 i peradi za 550 u odnosu na period 2018 godine Neto težina zaklanih goveda je povećana za 374 ovaca za 1073 svinja za 621 i peradi za 813 u odnosu na period 2018 godine
During the 2019 year the number of slaughtered cattle decreased by 455 while the number of slaughtered sheep increased by 945 of pigs by 636 and of poultry by 550 in relation with the period of 2018 The net weight of slaughtered cattle increased by 374 of slaughtered sheep by 1073 of slaughtered pigs by 621 and of slaughtered poultry by 813 in relation with the period of 2018

Metodološka objašnjenja Podaci o klanju stoke i peradi dobiveni su agregiranjem podataka na osnovu uporedivih mjesečnih statističkih istraživanja koja provode entitetski zavodi za statistiku i podružnica Distrikt Brčko Poslovni subjekti i dijelovi poslovnih subjekata dostavljaju podatke na osnovu knjigovodstvene evidencije dok se za obrtničke klaonice podaci dobivaju od nadležnih općinskih službi (veterinarsko ndash inspekcijskih) na osnovu raspoložive evidencije Definicije Bruto težina jeste težina stoke i peradi prije klanja Neto težina jeste težina očišćenog trupa zaklane stoke i peradi bez kože krvi glave (osim kod prasadi i peradi) utrobe prednjih nogu do koljena i stražnjih nogu do skočnog zgloba Randman zaklane stoke i peradi predstavlja postotni odnos težine zaklane stoke i peradi (neto težine) i težine žive stoke i peradi (bruto težine) a iskazuje se u postocima s jednom decimalom
Notes on methodology The data on slaughter of livestock and poultry are result of agregation of comparable the data from monthly statistical surveys conducted Entity institutes for statistics and by the Bureau in Brcko District Data on legal entities and parts of legal entities are submitting data based on book-keeping whereas for entrepreneurs avbattoirs data are given from approved municipal (veterinarian ndash inspection) depeartment at the basis of available evidence Definition
Gross weight is the weight of livestock and poultry before slaughtering Net weight is the weight of dressed carcass of slaughtered animals without skin and blood eviscerated and beheaded (excluding piglets and poultry) and after removal of fore ends and hind legs with knuckle Coefficient of utilisation of slaughtered livestock and poultry is a persentage ratio of the weight of the slaughtered cattle and poultry (net weight) and the weight of livestock and live poultry (gross weight) and it is presented in percentage caltulated to one decimale place
