Partnership building activity
Upgrade Youth Work
The project aims:
1. Development of international cooperation among the partner organisations;
2. Creation of 3 innovative project drafts in Erasmus+ framework on the topics of fighting youth
unemployment through recognition of competences on the labour market, initiative and
entrepreneurship, increased participation in civic and political life.
3. Creating an intercultural environment for sharing information, experiences and models of good
practices concerning the development of youth sector.
Working Methods:
- Projects lab, workshops, presentations, mind mapping, walk
and talk, public debate, team building and intercultural
activities, TV show simulation, self-reflection and others.
Venue: Iasi, Romania
Dates: 25 oct – 2 nov 2016 (25 oct, arrival – 02 nov, departure)
Project specialists and staff:
In the project is involved staff with a high level of expertise in European youth projects.
Examples of qualifications: Quality Auditors, Evaluators of Professional Competences, Trainers of Trainers,
Project Managers, Event Organizers, Specialists in PR, Socio Educative Animators etc.

- Staff members of partner organisation motivated on
organisational development;
- Youth workers and youth leaders interested in development of
future Erasmus+ projects;
- To involve actively in all the project activities;
- Age over 18;
- Fluent English spoken and written.
About KASTA MORRELY:
It is an international cultural organization of human
rights defence through promotion of competences and
qualifications necessary to the development of a
democratic society. Starting with 2008 Kasta
Morrely became an active member within the Agora of
the European Parliament.
Between 2010 – 2014 several KASTA MORRELY
projects financed by the European Commission were
selected as model of good practices by the National
Agency.
The project team is looking forward for meeting in Iasi!
