Ako si, (banggitin ang pangalan) av naniniwala na ang mga taong may kapansanan aymay karapatan rin na katulad ng tinatamasa ng bawat mamamayan; na dapat igalang,pangalagaan at tuparin ng lahat, lalo na ng bawat namumuno sa ating mgapamayanan at lahat ng sangay ng pamahalaan.

Dahil dito, ako ay nangangako, sa abot ng aking makakaya, na magigingtagapagtaguyod ng kanilang mga karapatan at pribilehiyo, na naayon sa mgapandaigdigang kasunduan na nilagdaan ng ating pamahalaan, at mga batas na dapatipatupad sa bansang ating tinatahanan;

Bilang isang tagapagtaguyod, ako ay magpapahayag ng madiing pagtutol sa mgagawaing magpapababa sa dignidad ng mga maykapansanan, lalo na sa mga bata atnakatatanda; at pigilan ang lahat ng uri ng pang-aabuso, panunukso atdiskriminasyon ng dahil sa kanilang kapansanan;

Isusulong ko sa aking pamahalaang lokal at mga tanggapan ng mga pambansangkawanihan na aking kayang abutin na isama ang mga taong may kapa(lsanan sa lahatng programa at mga serbisyo upang mapaunlad ang kanilang pamumuhay sa kanilangsariling pamayanan, sa piling ng kanilang mga pamilya;

Sisikapin ko na maging bahagi ng malawakang kampanya ng pagmumulat ukol sakapansanan, kung paano ito maiiwasan at mapalakas ang bawat taong maykapansanan at ang kanilang mga samahan, bilang mga kaagapay sa pagbuo ng isangpamayanang nangangalaga, at gumagalang sa karapatan ng bawat mamamayan.
