    So what is a pop-up wedding?

    Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings was formed in 2012 by a small group of passionate, experienced SA wedding professionals

    seeking to fill the gap between basic registry office wedding ceremonies and big, expensive wedding extravaganzas.

    Our vision is to give Adelaides bridal couples the gift of an intimate, personalised, stress free wedding that is tasteful,

    affordable, romantic and of course fun!

    Pop-Up Weddings take advantage of weekdays, off-peak times, late vacancies and simple packages to allow couples to

    hold gorgeous ceremonies and receptions at some of Adelaides leading wedding venues including decorations, a

    celebrant and a professional photographer without any stress, or a mortgage-busting bill at the end.

    Our team of experienced professionals will be by your side every step of the way, ensuring you enjoy worry-free planning

    and total confidence in a perfect wedding day.

    Plus we can now offer lots of little extras to further personalise your day, including hair and makeup packages, gorgeous flowers, custom decor and options for a huge range of incredible receptions too!

    Weekdays, weekends, daytime or evening Adelaide Pop-Up Weddings can make your wedding a reality!

    How do I plan my Pop-Up Wedding?

    Step 1 Choose from our two types of packages: Option A (ceremony only) or Option B (a ceremony AND reception). Step 2 Choose the package that best suits your needs. Step 3 Choose a venue from our lists, or you can hold your wedding at your own private venue. Step 4 Chat to our team about dates, depositsand start planning your dream wedding!

    Option A our Pop-Up Wedding Ceremonies These packages have been designed to help you hold a simple, affordable, beautiful wedding ceremony either in one of our stunning venues, in your own home or in a special location you have sourced yourself.

    The original pop-up wedding The Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony! Priced from $2200 ($2450 for 2019 dates*), including your venue, celebrant and photography. Our original and most popular package, the simple, beautiful, affordable Perfect Pop-Up Ceremony creates an entire ceremony, including:

    two-hours of location hire of your choice of ANY of our beautiful venues

    20 ceremony chairs and a signing table

    your celebrant, including a personalised ceremony, PA system and all legal paperwork

    professional photography for the two full hours, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high

    resolution, non-watermarked, images provided on USB PLUS sneak peek images shared on

    our Facebook page within a few days of your wedding

    support every step of the way from our passionate and experienced wedding planning team!

    Make it Legal the bare basics Ready to make it official without any fanfare? You dont need to resort to the soulless registry office to Make it Legal! - $495** to sign and lodge your legal marriage paperwork over 30 minutes with one of our professional celebrants in the elegant Glanville Hall chapel or at an intimate table at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, including a mini bottle of French bubbly.

    - $595** to sign/lodge your legal paperwork with one of our professional celebrants at an intimate table at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, then stay on for a romantic, leisurely breakfast or lunch with French bubbly to celebrate (add up to 10 extra guests to your celebration for just $35pp for breakfast, $55pp for lunch or $14.50pp for children). Capture the moment! Add an hour of professional photography - including at least 30 edited images provided in a high resolution, online gallery - for just $445. Please note external photographers are NOT permitted during legal signings. ** available between 9am - 5pm Wed-Fri. Strict maximum of 10 guests. Weekend surcharges apply, add $100 for 2019 dates.

    Just the Two of Us The Elopement Ceremony Priced from just $1095 ($1295 for 2019 dates)* including your celebrant and photography! Provide your own venue OR utilise one of ours and make it all about you, with our intimate elopement package including:

    a private, intimate, customised ceremony held in your own special location (strict maximum of 10 guests, metro areas only)

    your celebrant, including creation and presentation of a beautiful, personalised ceremony and all legal paperwork

    professional photography for a full hour, including a gallery of at least 30 edited, high resolution, non-watermarked,

    images provided on USB PLUS sneak peek images shared on our Facebook page within a few days of your wedding

    support every step of the way from the passionate and experienced wedding coordination team!

    Need a venue? Hold your Just the Two of Us ceremony at Utopia @ Waterfall Gully, Glanville Hall or The Red Gate,

    including a full hour of garden venue hire, a bottle of bubbly and a signing table, from just $1295 ($1495 for 2019 dates)*!

    Have your own venue? Then choose our Pop-Up Ceremony Anywhere Priced from just $1500 ($1700 for 2019 dates)* including a professional celebrant and photographer at your own venue. Do you already have a special place youd like to tie the knot? Your own home, a local park, even your mums beautiful garden? Our Pop-Up Ceremony - Anywhere package brings the Pop-Up Weddings team directly to you, including:

    your celebrant, including creation and presentation of a beautiful, personalised ceremony

    PA system and all legal paperwork

    professional photography to cover your event for two hours, including a gallery of at least 75 edited, high resolution,

    non-watermarked, non-copyrighted images provided on USB PLUS sneak peek images shared on our Facebook page

    within a few days of your wedding

    Option B our Pop-Up PLUS Weddings These packages have been designed to help you hold a spectacular wedding ceremony AND reception, either: - in your own home/property/venue OR - at one of our four wonderful PLUS venues (listed below).

    Host the simple, affordable, beautiful wedding of your dreams without the stress, fuss or mortgage-busting cost!

    Pop-Up PLUS Reception Packages Priced from just $3,650 complete ($3895 for 2019 dates) including your ceremony,

    celebrant, photography, all decor PLUS a full luxury reception at one of our award-

    winning venues.

    From a beautiful breakfast reception to a luscious lunch, heavenly high tea, gourmet pizza

    party or gala dinner, our team will create your dream wedding ceremony and reception at

    one of our four breathtaking PLUS venues.

    Our huge range of all-inclusive, daytime and evening Pop-Up PLUS Reception packages are
