•ANYONE can be a donor! •All ages and all levels of health—newborns to elderly•People who have tested positive for HIV cannot be donors•Minorities needed

GIVING BLOOD• Must be healthy• Must be 17 years of age• Males• Height: 5’1”• Weight: 130 lbs
• Females• Height: 5’5”• Weight: 110 lbs
• Drink plenty of water so you are well-hydrated before donating• Must have ID• Have healthy meal before
donating•Wear clothing with sleeves that
can be raised above elbow• Bring list of medications
