- Ask for exclusion from Art 246 (b)(i) of areas in KP, thus liberating Chitral, Dir & Swat. These areas are in KP, why should they be with GoP?

101 Amendment to 4th sch Part II (6)

- CCI deals with all regulatory authorities like WAPDA, Sui (N)(S), PEMRA, PTCL, PIA etc

1.Under Art 159 (Information) the GoP can’t refuse to entrust such functions as are necessary. You should ask for early approval for establishment FM, MW, SW, Satcom, Internet, TV broadcast & other spectrum.

- Prov should establish Prov regulatory authority

2.KP is entitled to quota of jobs in these org. CCI be requested to conduct survey so that quota are provided.
