GONZALES na lumagda sa isang kasunduan para sa pagdaraos ng isang Pro-Am Tournament sa bayan ng Santa Rosa, Laguna na kikilalaning MANO-MANO PRO BOXING sa Ika-28 ng Abril, 1997 bilang isa sa mga programang panoorin sa pagdiriwang ng Pistang Bayan.

The undersigned wishes to inform that in coordina(ion with the Laguna Provincial Government Sports Programs sincerely offer my services to put up a Pro-Am Boxing Tournament to be held at your town. (IBC Channel 13's well-rated Mano-Mano Pro Boxing), through this boxing coordinator, respectfully offers to the Municipality of Sta. Rosa the opportunity of holding one of its Sunday Shows, televised and taped for its 11:30 A.M. program. This will be for April 28/97 Monday, starts at 6: p.m.

TERM AND CONDITIONS

1. That the undersigned, will put up seven pairs of proffesional Boxing bouts headed by rated boxers consisting of forty six rounds of boxing;

A) One main event------ ten (10) rourids · B) Two supporting events---- eight (8) rounds each C) Two pairs------- six (6) rounds each P) Two pairs------------------ four (4) rounds each 2. That the undersigned will secure the required Games and Amusement Board (GAB) permit; 3. That the undersigned will coordinate with the assined boxing official designated by the Games

and Amusement Board (GAB) TV crews of Channel 13 that wi.11 show on Sunday 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM televised said boxing events in a delayed telecasts; ·

4. That the undersigned will pay the boxers purses·, referees, ring crews, ring flat form, stadium physicians, time keeper knockdow~ time keeper, director of bouts and ring announcer that will participate in the boxing presentation; (As an important part of the program)

5. That the anchorman TV 13 will interview the officials, distinguished guest and donors or sponsors for this boxing benefits; .

6. That the sponsor, will handle the supervision of peace and order, during the progress of the boxing tournament, arranged seating reservation for local and provincial officials, distinguished guest and donors for this boxing events;

7. That the Sponsor, will pay the undersigned boxing coordinator the sum of Eighty Thousand pesos (P 80,000.00) in the following category;

A) Forty Thousand Pesos (P 40,000.00) seven (7) days after the approval of this letter proposal.

B) Forty Thousand Pesos (P 40,000.00) before the start of the first bout. Should you enable to the terms and conditions set forth, please indicate the same signing below.
