This agreement is included in the guarantee as for its own debt granted by Nordea Bank AB (publ), Finnish Branch (bank) to Nordea Finance Finland Ltd (lender). By signing this agreement the borrower undertakes, upon demand, to compensate the bank all due payments he or she has to pay based on the bank guarantee under this agreement. The bank guarantee covers the repayment of the principal of the credit with interest, default interest, payments under this agreement and collection costs. The bank guarantee also covers possible exceeding of the credit amount for which the borrower is liable.
