OMSI viene fondata nel 1961 nella zona industriale di

Bologna, l’azienda si specializza nello stampaggio di se-

dute in plastica realizzate in polipropilene e poliammide

per collettività, scuola e impianti sportivi.

Negli anni OMSI è diventata uno dei punti di riferimento

del mercato italiano ed europeo per questo segmento di

prodotto, anche grazie ad un contesto, Bologna, ricco di

progettualità e sperimentazione.

I grandi eventi della vita, la scuola, lo sport, gli spazi

pubblici come uffici, ospedali, grandi concerti, vedono

la presenza costante di OMSI per una definizione di

spazi e sedute per vivere gli eventi, le attese, in modo

armonico e pieno di entusiasmo cogliendo gli aspetti mi-

gliori della vita.

Le nostre collaborazioni con architetti, ingegneri, peda-

gogisti, antropologi, contribuiscono a creare situazio-

OMSI was founded in 1961 in the industrial area of Bolo-

gna. The Company has been specializing in the injection

of plastic chairs made of polypropylene and polyamide

for communities,school and sports facilities. Over the ye-

ars, OMSI has become one of the reference points of the

Italian and European market for this product segment,

RIVESTIMENTI

Le fodere, tutte dotate di chiusura lampo per consentire la sostituzione, sono realizzate con un nuovo eco-tessuto in poliestere, avente le seguenti caratteristiche:elastico, lievemente poroso e piacevole al tatto, antiscivolo, lavabile con acqua e sapone.I pouf ed i cuscinoni sono dotati di doppia fodera.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

INTERIORSThe majority of the items are made with interior polyurethane foam density 29 kg per cubic meter, fl ame retardant in cl 1. Poufs and pillows are stuffed with polyester fi ber foam.

FABRICSThe covers, all equipped with zipper to allow replacement, are made with a new eco-polyester fabric, with the following characteristics: elastic, slightly porous and pleasant to the touch, non-slip, washable with soap and water. Poufs and pillows are equipped with double lining.

I materassini di spessore cm. 4 e 6, forme geometriche, sedute e protezioni murali sono realizzati con poliu-retano espanso di densità 22 kg al mc.I materassi di spessore cm. 10 e 20 sono realizzati con poliuretano espanso di densità 18 kg al mc.Le piscine sono realizzate con poliuretano espanso di alta densità 30 kg al mc.I percorsi, i tunnel e gli articoli psicomotori sono realizzati con poliuretano espanso di densità 26 kg. al mc.I materassi e le sedute possono essere forniti ignifughi in classe 1 IM e sono realizzati con poliuretano espanso ignifugo di densità 29 kg al mc.

RIVESTIMENTI E ACCESSORI

I rivestimenti sono realizzati in tessuto plastico, monospalmato, opaco, particolarmente resistente alle lacerazioni, morbido al tatto, lavabile, atossico, ignifugo, privo di ftalati.Le fasce di velcro utilizzate per l’ancoraggio delle protezioni murali e per le piscine-box sono da cm. 5 di larghezza.

POLYURETHANE INTERIORS

Mats 4/6 cm thick, geometric shapes, seating and wall protections are made with polyurethane foam densi-ty 22 kg per cubic meter. Mats 10/20 cm thick. are made with polyurethane foam density 18 kg per cubic meter. Pools are made of high density polyurethane foam 30 kg per cubic meter. Paths, tunnels and psychomotricity items are made with polyurethane foam density 26 kg. per cubic meter. Mats and seats can be provided in version 1 IM and are made with fl ame retardant polyurethane foam of density 29 kg per cubic meter.

FABRICS

The covers are made of plastic fabric, single spread, opaque, particularly resistant to lacerations, soft to the touch, washable, non-toxic, fi re-resistant, phthalate-free.Velcro straps used for the anchoring of wall protections and pools are 5 cm. width.

COLOURSAll items are available in 4 warm, vibrant colors: RED - BLUE - GREEN - YELLOWand, where required, can be supplied in single or double color version. Below is a legend with the possible color combinations that can be achieved.

Le cer-niere utilizzate sono particolarmente robuste e dotate di cursori arrotondati. Tutti i materassi sono dotati di maniglie a doppia cucitura di colore blu.I materassi di spessore cm. 30-40 sono corredati di fori di sfi ato e maniglie rinforzate esternamente.I tappetoni a libro sono ancorati tra loro mediante fasce di velcro da cm. 5. Tutti gli articoli sono disponibili in 2 versioni: senza antisdrucciolo e con antisdrucciolo. L’antisdrucciolo applicato, di colore grigio e partico-larmente resistente, consente al materasso una grande aderenza al suolo.

Il presente catalogo DIVISIONE OMSI SOFT, ha validità 1 anno dalla data di emissione, ed annulla e sostituisce tutte le precedenti edizioni.

COLORI E TESSUTI DISPONIBILI NORMALMENTE A MAGAZZINOLa tipologia di tessuto e colori normalmente disponibili sono quelli in visione sul catalogo.

QUANTITATIVO MINIMOPer quanto riguarda il quantitativo minimo per colori standard, non vi è un minimo quantitativo, per forme e colori speciali è da defi nirsi a seconda del prodotto.

PREZZII prezzi si intendono sempre Iva esclusa e materiale franco nostro stabilimento, se non diversamente specifi cato nei prezzi di listino.

TERMINI DI CONSEGNAI termini di consegna saranno concordati per ogni fornitura, così come indicato sulla conferma d’ordine che viene inviata al cliente. L’accettazione dell’ordine, sarà subordinato se concordato preven-tivamente, alla data del ricevimento del pagamento, e da tale data cominceranno a decorrere i termini di consegna pattuiti.Eventuali ritardi di consegna verranno comunicati appena possibile al cliente, è esclusa la possibilità da parte del cliente di chiedere il risarcimento danni per ritardata consegna. PAGAMENTII pagamenti sono pattuiti in sede d’ordine, e indicati sulla conferma d’ordine, eventuali mancati pagamenti potranno determinare da par-te di Omsi srl l’esigere di ogni altro credito da parte del cliente.

VARIAZIONIOmsi srl ha la facoltà di apportare modifiche ai modelli commercia-lizzati, ai tessuti, ai colori utilizzati, nelle diverse tipologie merceolo-giche. Di riservare esclusive dei propri prodotti in qualsiasi momento ed a suo giudizio insindacabile, pertanto eventuali forniture successi-ve alle modifiche non potranno avere le stesse caratteristiche. FORO COMPETENTEPer qualsiasi contestazione relativa alla vendita è esclusivamente competente il Foro di Bologna. Qualora sia Omsi srl ad agire in giu-dizio, essa potrà adire sia il foro di Bologna, che quello del domicilio del convenuto.

COLORS AND FABRICS USUALLY AVAILABLE IN STOCK The type of fabric and colors normally available in stock are thse shown on the catalogue.

MINIMUM QUANTITY it is not required a minimum quantity for standard colors, for special colors and shapes minimum required quantity will be defi ned depen-ding on the product.

PRICESPrices are not including VAT and delivery is always meant Ex Works unless otherwise agreed.

TERMS OF DELIVERYThe delivery will be agreed for each single order, as indicated on the order confirmation sent to the customer. The confirmation of the order will be subordinated, when agreed, to the date of receipt of payment, and from that date will start the agreed terms of delivery. Any delays in delivery will be communicated as soon as possible to the customer, the customer is not entitled to claim damages for late delivery. The go-ods always travel at the risk of the customer, even when the delivery term agreed is carriage paid.

COMPLAINTSAny disputes must be submitted in writing to Omsi srl within the strict deadline of 8 days from the date of receipt of goods. No complaint will be accepted, after that date. The customer must put at Omsi di-sposal the damaged goods to make possible a double-check of the defects. A responsible person from Omsi will examine the dispute. Any late payments will void any warranty.

PAYMENTSPayment terms are agreed upon in the order and confi rmed in the order confi rmation. Any missed payments could determine the request by Omsi of the immediate payment of any other open issue (even if undue).

VARIATIONSOmsi has the right to make technical or aesthetical changes to its pro-ducts without prior notice and to reserve exclusive rights of sale of its products to anybody at any time and at its sole opinion, and therefore sale conditions of any delivery occurring after said changes may have to be discussed accordingly. The catalogue is purely illustrative.

JURISDICTIONAny dispute relating to the sale, is of exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Bologna. If Omsi itself takes a legal action, it may apply either to the court of Bologna or to defendant’s domicile.
