Process Modeling

The Newgen OmniFlow facilitates seamless, real-time interactions amongst key stakeholders including Business and IT users for designing all aspects of processes, user experiences and integrations. The process models can be tested prior to their deployment using historical data and what-if analysis, by a Process Simulator. This enables designers and users to optimize processes by running upfront assessments of the dynamic process behavior.

Business Rules

Newgen Business Rules Management System (BRMS) is a scalable web based tool and an integral part of Newgen OmniFlow. The BRMS helps define critical business policies and procedures that govern all processes across the enterprise. BRMS renders new levels of agility and control by empowering business users to take charge of the processes completely without the need for any technical assistance.

System Requirement Study SAVIC will do a system requirement study (SRS). Based on this study, SAVIC will prepare a SRS document detailing the folder structures. This document will be mutually approved for freezing of requirements.

Deliverable: Signed Off SRS document

Process Configuration & Customization

Keeping the SRS document as the base, AP Process will be configured and deployed. All necessary configurations for SAP integration will also be done as per scope agreed. The testing of the solution developed against the SRS will be done before it is deployed on UAT server.

Deliverable: Configured process ready for deployment on UAT

System Integration Testing

SAVIC will conduct System Integration Testing of the solution developed on the UAT server

Deliverable: Configured system ready for UAT

User Acceptance Test - UAT

Once all the components have been deployed, users will be invited to test the solution based on the test-cases prepared by SAVIC. Post testing; sign-off for successful implementation will be taken.

Deliverable: UAT sign off

Training

SAVIC will provide training end to users and administrators for the solution deployed. The training is provided on train-the-trainer basis.

Deployment on Production Server

The product and the solution configured will be deployed on the production server by NEWGEN.
