Managing Masters Module

A unique web based module of

OmniFlow that helps the clients manage

the master data for BPM

implementation. This module comes

very handy in those cases where

integration APIs of legacy systems for

the master data is not exposed.Using

this module, users would be able to

create, manage and delete master data

tables. Users would not be able to

perform any operation on those tables

that are not created through this module.

With configurable Maker-Checker

functionality(maker –creator, checker-

for authorizing) all the actions performed in the module can be approved, before they are committed on the server.

Omni Transport Management System

A web based module that helps the

environment owners during deployment

to ship the selected changes to the next

environment. With some clicks, users

would be able to ship changes from SIT

to UAT, UAT to Production. In Omni

Transport Management System, all the

changes are identified. Users would be

able to baseline selected changes in the

existing environment. Later, user would

be able to choose from the baselined

changes to be shipped to the target

environment. This module reduces the TAT of implementation greatly.

Integrated Imaging and Document Management Capabilities

Integration capability with Newgen's Document Management System- OmniDocs or with any third party

Document Management System, allows organizations to view and process documents electronically using same

window interface. Following are the distinguishing features provided by the OmniFlow system:

• Inbuilt capabilities for complete and automatic integration of every step of the workflow with the underlying

DMS for the purpose of document retrieving and processing

• Supports all standard DMS features like check-in/check-out, annotations, notes, zoom-in/zoom-out, version

control etc. for both image and non-image documents

• Reduced implementation time due to inbuilt pre-integrated capabilities for DMS

Web based thin client work desk- Feature for quick deployment

Web based thin client enables rapid deployment and provides user-friendly and customizable work desk for each

stage of the work flow. The process implementer needs only to define the Work step parameters like the to-do list,

exceptions, comments, associated forms and related document images for each step and the work desk

automatically generates a front end user interface for that step. Some of the key features are:

• Supports usage of OmniFlow process client or any third party process client from anywhere through web.

• Inbuilt interfaces for checklist, exception, actions, triggers, forms, document display and management. It is an

independent product, which can be integrated with any workflow and DMS solution, bundled with OmniFlow

for processing work items

document viewing capabilities.

• An XML-based Workflow API is provided on top of the OmniFlow Server using which clients can easily

develop their applications

• COM interface over the XML interface is available for integration with Windows-based applications. The

backend API is available in the form of a multi-threaded 32-bit COM DLL that can be used by any windows

application

• Java Beans over the XML interface are available that can be directly used by any web-based application. The

Java Bean interface is available on Windows and Linux platforms, and implements all the key workflow

operations

• Image processing libraries are available that supports image enhancements, image recognition, image

compression, image manipulations, Data extraction and Form Processing. The Image processing libraries are
