Thanks to the integration of innovative linear motor

technology, our system works more quickly and flexibly

than ever. It comes with the intelligent Sigpack FIT

product infeed. This enables fully reproducible format

changes in the shortest amount of time as well as

fast and non-contact product infeed for primary

packaging. The cross-sealing station of the Sigpack

HRM flow wrapper now offers even more flexibility

as well. The format range has been expanded thanks

to the new direct drive, so different bars sizes can be

packed with the same setting. Along with the proven

fully automatic High-Performance Splicer (HPS), this

is another function for increasing overall equipment

effectiveness. With its unparalleled product and

format flexibility, our new bar system is a safe invest­

The intelligent feeding module for cartoning –

Sigpack PFI – is also new. It, uses innovative linear

motor technology. The module is integrated in the

Sigpack TTM toploader. It is adaptive, vacuum-free,

and transports the bars very gently at high speeds.

Sigpack TTM topload cartoner

The Sigpack TTM is the first choice for your secondary packaging: our

integrated top-load cartoner forms, loads, and closes up to 150 cartons/min.

Your benefits: patented, easy format change with vertical restart – fast

and toolless. Maximum packing flexibility on just one single machine. Highly

efficient with maximum process security and gentle product handling.

Compact, open design for easy access and simple cleaning. Also suitable

for cartons with a high proportion of recycled material. Ergonomic and

intuitive operation.

Sigpack FIT product infeed

The Sigpack FIT is an efficient and extremely

gentle, adaptive product infeed solution. The

use of linear motor technology offers you fast

and non­contact product feeding. Your benefits:

gentle handling, even for products that are sticky

and fragile, a constant product flow as well as

fast and easy format changes – and all this in a

very compact footprint.

Sigpack PFI feeding module

For product infeed you find now an intelligent high­speed feeding module for

the Sigpack TTM toploader. The Sigpack PFI module is adaptive, works without

the use of a vacuum and transports bars very gently at high speeds. Thanks

to latest linear motor technology, every individual product can be placed in

the correct position. Another advantage of the new Sigpack PFI module is

its extensive format range. Format changes can be carried out toolless and

quickly or even automatically by the push of a button. They are also fully

reproducible. The Sigpack PFI module can match the speeds of the Sigpack

HRM flow wrapper and transport up to 1,500 products/min. for cartoning –

gently and securely.

The Sigpack HRM flow wrapper now with

dynamic sealing

The Sigpack HRM horizontal flow wrapper now comes

with a dynamic cross-sealing station for the cold sealing

process. It reaches a film speed of up to 150 meters/min.

and can reliably pack up to 1,500 bars/min. The patented

dynamic High Performance Splicer (HPS) ensures fully

automated film changes at the highest speeds during

constant production.
