OEE Target is a software that helps you to determine the maximum (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) OEE the line can achieve. OEE TARGET is an effective tool to benchmark, analyze, and improve your production process. OEE TARGET is a necessary tool for lean enterprises. OEE TARGET can be used in all processes (production, primary and secondary packaging…) and it is suitable to be used with any OEE meter system. OEE TARGET is not a meter system… It is a system to predict and calculate the OEE score that will be obtained based on the available technical resources and production requirements. OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) is an indicator that serves to

measure the productive efficiency of industrial equipment.

3. What is OEE Target

OEE Target calculates the maximum OEE that your production lines

can achieve based on their complexity.

correcting parameter.

- OEEME: Maximum OEE by complexity of equipment.

- OEEMP: Maximum OEE by complexity of products and materials.

- LS : Speed of the line (for example, 80% of nominal speed)

Complexity of line A, makes it difficult to achieve more than 62% of
