The Nex-Tech Network Operations Center (NOC) is experienced in problem management and root-cause analysis. Problem Management works together with Incident Management and Change Management to ensure that service availability and quality is documented, validated and reported. When incidents are resolved, relevant information is recorded. This information is used to speed up resolution time/Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and identify permanent solutions, reducing the number and resolution time of incidents. This results in less downtime and less disruption to business critical services.

• Coordinate resources and service recovery operations both internally and with providers to restore services quickly and effectively, minimizing downtime.
