Beogradska kulturna mapa danas je znatno drugačija nego prethodnih decenija, pre svega zahvaljujući inovativnim programima nekoliko desetina kulturnih organizacija, formalnih i neformalnih umetničkih grupa i inicijativa sa nezavisne scene. Važne institucije godinama su zatvorene zbog rekonstrukcije ili još čekaju sanaciju, a veći broj nekada kultnih mesta više ne postoje ili je izgubio publiku zbog pasivnosti. Iako se na prvi pogled čini da je kulturna scena zamrla i da su nove generacije za nju nezainteresovane, činjenica je da je u 21. veku zapravo promenjena mapa punktova – živih mesta na kojima se stalno nešto događa, gde se kultura stvara.

U centru i na periferiji, unutrašnjim dvorištima, tržnim centrima, školama, industrijskim zgradama, na spratovima, u podrumima, magacinima, pored reka ili usred vreve tranzitnog saobraćaja, povremeno u gostima kod institucija, ali i na ulicama, već godinama se zbiva nešto važno, drugačije.

RE-MAPPING BELGRADE CULTURE

Belgrade cultural map of today is vastly different than in previous decades, thanks to innovative programs, dozens of cultural organizations, formal and informal art groups and independent scene initiatives. Important institutions have been closed for years now due to the reconstructions or waiting for rehabilitation, and many of the once cult places no longer exist or they lost their audiences due to passivity. Although at first glance it might seem as if the cultural scene vanished and that there is a lack of interest among new generations, the fact is that in the 21st century the venue map actually changed - a map of vivid places with something going on at all times, where culture is created.

In the center and the periphery, inner courtyards, malls, schools, industrial buildings, on the floors, in basements, warehouses, on river banks or in the commotion of the transit traffic, occasionally as a guest of the institutions, but also on the streets, something important and different has been going on for years.

Uticaj i značaj SKC-a, Doma omladine, Kinoteke, nekih festivala, zauzeli su KC Rex, KC Grad, Centar za kulturnu dekontaminaciju, Magacin... Etablirali su se novi galerijski prostori – Remont, Treći Beograd, O3ONE. Energiju nekada najposećenijih filmskih festivala danas nose Slobodna zona, Beldocs, Festival autorskog filma… Ono što je nekada predstavljao BITEF, sada se kontinuirano tokom godine realizuje od mnogobrojnih nezavisnih pozorišnih inicijativa (Dah teatar, Plavo pozorište, Mimart, ApsArt, Hop.La!... ), mali izdavači sada objavljuju kultne knjige... Na raznim lokacijama, širom grada, pojavljuju se Novi. Bez uslova, često bez sredstava, iz puke želje da nešto „kažu“, prenesu kreativnost nekoj novoj publici, novim učesnicima u teškoj borbi očuvanja i zaštite kulturnih potreba građana.

U Beogradu deluje više desetina samoorganizovanih, nezavisnih, formalnih i neformalnih organizacija i inicijativa koji godišnje proizvedu više stotina javnih programa.

„Na sopstveni pogon“ predstaviće sedamdesetak programa, gotovo trideset organizacija u prostorima u kojima deluje i radi nezavisna scena, ili u gostima. Intenzivan desetodnevni program presek je raznovrsnosti i potencijala nezavisne kulturne scene, ponuda drugačijeg sadržaja, ukazivanje na probleme i izazove sa kojima se suočavaju akteri, traganje za mogućim rešenjima.

The impact and importance of SKC, Belgrade Youth Center, Kinoteka (Cinematheque), some of the festivals was taken over by the KC Rex, KC Grad, Center for Cultural Decontamination, Magacin... New gallery spaces have been established - Remont, Third Belgrade, O3ONE. Energy of once the most visited film festivals is represented today by some of the most important cultural institutions - Free Zone, Beldocs, Author Film Festival... What BITEF once represented is now implemented continuously throughout the year by numerous independent theatrical initiatives (Dah Theatre, Plavo Pozorište, Mimart, ApsArt, Hop.La!... ). Small publishers now publish the cult books... At various locations all over the city the New are emerging, without conditions, often without the resources, out of the mere desire to say “something”, bring some creativity to the new audiences, new participants in a tough fight to preserve and protect the cultural needs of the citizens.

There are dozens of selforganized, independent, formal and informal organizations and initiatives actively working in Belgrade which produce hundreds of public programs annually.

“Self-powered” will present about 70 programs created by nearly 30 organizations in the spaces which host the independent scene. An intensive ten-day program is an intersection of diversity and potential of the independent cultural scene, offering different content, pointing to the problems and challenges the protagonists face, searching for possible solutions.

“Self-powered” leads the audience through diferent, creative Belgrade, which is not only in the very center, but also in the neighbourhood. Meet the contemporary cultural map of Belgrade!

APSART — centar za pozorišna istraživanja

ApsArt postoji od 2004. godine kao organizacija i pozorišna laboratorija koja se bavi primenjenim pozorištem – upotrebom dramskih tehnika u radu sa različitim društvenim grupama u cilju ličnog razvoja, izgradnje grupe i solidarnosti i društvenog angažmana.Sledeći svoju krilaticu „Pozorište za život“ ApsArt prevazilazi okamenjenu i već dugo disfunkcionalnu formu klasičnog pozorišta gde je drama proizvod, a publika potrošač i stvara pozorište u zatvoru, bolnici, školama, domovima, zajednici, na ulici... Naša misija je da povratimo jedinstvo publike i izvođača, pa se trudimo da igramo ne samo za publiku već i sa publikom. Stvaramo pozorište istine sa onima koji imaju šta da kažu.U proteklih pet godina kroz mnogobrojne radionice sa različitim grupama pravili smo predstave sa osuđenicima iz Specijalne zatvorske bolnice koje su izvođene u okviru Bitef Polifonije, u Domu omladine, u UK Vuk Karadžić, u KPZ Vаljevo – zatvoru za mlađe punoletnike, predstave sa momcima i devojkama iz zajednica za lečenje od bolesti zavisnosti, a ove godine su nastale tri predstave iz zajedničkog rada studenata (budućih specijalnih pedagoga) i dece sa smetnjama u razvoju / poremećajem u ponašanju. Brojni volonteri, bivši zavisnici i osuđenici, a sada pridruženi članovi ApsArta najveća su potvrda našeg rada. Jedinstven pristup na ovim prostorima i potpuna posvećenost pozorištu kao dinamičnoj formi u službi čoveka čine naše predstave jedinstvenim ljudskim susretima, a nas, verujemo, zaslužno stavljaju na mapu nezavisne, vaninstitucionalne kulturne scene Beograda. Naša misija se trenutno u potpunosti realizuje osnivanjem pozorišta zajednice na Opštini Novi Beograd koje upravo počinje sa radom, gde ćemo stvoriti centar u kome će građani svih socijalnih i starosnih grupa moći da budu i stvaraoci pozorišnih događaja i publika, centar u kome će pozorišni događaj biti relevantan za trenutak, probleme, sličnosti i različitosti svih pripadnike ove zajednice. Ono što nastaje u našem pozorištu zajednice izlaziće iz okvira samog prostora i komunicirati sa publikom u javnim prostorima kroz razne ulične igre, performanse i javne akcije koje planiramo na teritoriji Novog Beograda.

APSART – Center for Theater Research is an organization and theater laboratory, founded in 2004, which uses applied theater as a tool for self-development, solidarity and social engagement. Believing in our credo “Theater for Life”, ApsArt overcomes petrified and dysfunctional form of classic theater where drama is the product and audience is the consumer - and creates theater in prisons, hospitals, schools, communities, on the streets... Our mission is to recreate unity of audience and performers – so we don’t perform for the audience but with the audience. We create theater of truth with people who want their voice to be heard.In the past five years we’ve made numerous workshops, plays and performances with various groups, such as prisoners from the Special Prison Hospital, which were performed within BITEF Polyphony program; juvenile criminals and offenders from Valjevo Prison, drug addicts from rehabilitation communities in Vojvodina, mentally challenged children and others. This year we’ve made three plays which resulted out of the collaboration between students (future special pedagogues) and children with disabilities or behavioral disorders. Numerous volunteers, ex offenders and former drug addicts are now associate members of ApsArt, which is the greatest affirmation of our work. Our unique approach and dedication to theater as a dynamic form in the service of humanity, are qualities which transform our plays into touching encounters among people, and thus places us on the map of an independent, non-institutional cultural scene of Belgrade.Our mission is currently implemented via Community Theatre project. We are opening creative center in municipality of New Belgrade, where citizens of all ages and social environments will be able to create theatre performances together – dealing with common problems and situations of all community members. The work conceptualized within our theatre will communicate with audience in public spaces through various games, performances and public actions which we plan to organize in New Belgrade.

BAZAART is an artists’ organization based in Belgrade, which develops contemporary theory and practice of performing arts, as well as their dialog with the society.As a base for collaboration of artists and experts, BAZAART works with colleagues from all over Europe, with special emphasis on the region of the Western Balkans, especially in the field of interdisciplinary research, artistic work and education of young people as participants in culture, as well as in numerous theatre-based projects aimed at building tolerance, conflict prevention, inclusion of refugees and displaced persons, development of tolerance, multiculturalism and so on. Important partnership projects: Myth as Destiny (2005 – 2009) – seven theater partner groups from Slavic countries in the Western Balkans worked on deconstruction of national myths as “matrixes of destiny” of nations. Methodology is based on interdisciplinary research, which is conducted via media of science, theory and arts, in collaboration with experts and institutions from those fields. The project results were scripts and plays, stage productions, performances, exhibitions, videos, music and sound compositions and so on. Two books and a series of articles were published during the project. Spielend durch Europa – Europe Land of Games – research and development of games as a cultural tradition of Europe (2005 – 2007).War Stories – research of war as the greatest stage of contemporary world (1999 – 2004).

BAZAART

BAZAART je organizacija umetnika sa sedištem u Beogradu, koja razvija savremenu teoriju i praksu izvođačkih umetnosti i njihov dijalog sa društvom. Kao baza za saradnju umetnika i stručnjaka, BAZAART sarađuje sa partnerima na evropskom prostoru, s posebnim akcentom na regionu Zapadnog Balkana, u oblasti interdisciplinarnog istraživanja, umetničkog rada i edukacije mladih kao učesnika u kulturi, kao i na brojnim projektima usmerenim na građenje tolerancije, prevenciju konflikta, inkluziju izbeglih i raseljenih lica, razvoj multikulturalnosti i tolerancije itd.

Važni partnerski projekti: Mit kao sudbina (2005–2009) – sedam partnerskih teatarskih grupa iz slovenskih zemalja u regionu Zapadnog Balkana radilo je na dekonstrukciji nacionalnih mitova kao ‘obrazaca sudbine’ naroda. Metodologija je zasnovana na interdisciplinarnom istraživanju koje se sprovodi u medijima nauke, teorije i umetnosti, u saradnji sa stručnjacima i ustanovama iz ovih oblasti. Rezultati projekta su dramski tekstovi, predstave, performansi, izložbe, video radovi, muzičke i zvučne kompozicije. Dve knjige i niz članaka objavljeni su tokom projekta. Spielend durch Europa – Evropa zemlja igre – istraživanje i razvoj tradicije igre kao medija kulture u Evropi (2005–2007).Ratne priče – istraživanje rata kao najveće pozornice savremenog sveta (1999 – 2004).

BIGZ Kulturni centar

BIGZ Kulturni centar osnovan je januara 2011. sa ciljem da okuplja umetnike iz različitih polja i promoviše njihov rad, sa posebnim osvrtom na integraciju ugroženih i diskriminisanih društvenih i kulturoloških podgrupa u šire društvo.BIGZ KC funkcioniše kao javni atelje koji omogućava umetnicima da stvaraju, istražuju i međusobno sarađuju. Jedna od osnovnih aktivnosti centra jeste razvijanje nezavisne pozorišne scene kroz stručne radionice i produkcije. Cilj nam je da obezbedimo mesto gde će se različite trupe i pojedinci, različitih umetničkih (estetskih i tehničkih) pristupa, sretati, razmenjivati i obogaćivati svoja iskustva, gde će zajedno raditi i unapređivati svoja znanja i veštine. Tokom godinu dana rada u KC BIGZ su stvarali: „Mapa balkon“ (treninzi i javne radionice), „Kvaka“ (priprema performansa), umetnička grupa „Bela senka“, plesna grupa brejkdensa „Recognize Crew“, grupa umetnika za pripreme i snimanje srednjometražnog plesnog filma Feniksov san, za pripreme i snimanja animiranog dela fima Heroji i bubice, kao i pojedini umetnici za potrebe slikarskog ateljea, muzičkih proba i sl. Takođe smo uspostavili saradnju sa ekipom emisije Ja imam talenat koji su prostor koristili za uvežbavanje nastupa finalista emisije.

BIGZ Cultural Center was established in January 2011 with the aim to bring together artists from various fields and promote their work, with special focus on stimulating integration of threatened and discriminated social and cultural subgroups into wider society.“BIGZ” is a public studio which allows artists to create, innovate and cooperate with each other. One of the main activities of the Center is to develop an independent theater scene via professional workshops and productions. Our goal is to provide a space where the various theatre companies and individuals with different (aesthetic and technical) art approach meet, share and enrich their experiences, a space for collaboration and improvement of their knowledge and skills.In one year of work, „KC BIGZ“ was a host to many groups, individual artists and numerous other purposes: for trainings and public workshops of the physical theatre “Mapa balkon”, preparations for the performance of physical theatre “Kvaka”, as well as art group “Bela senka“, for breakdance group “Recognize Crew” trainings, preparing and filming experimental dance movie called Phoenix’s dream, for creating studio-version of the animated part of the movie called Bubice i heroji/Beetles and Heroes, for music rehearsals, as individual painter’s studio and similar. We also established cooperation with the team responsible for making the show “I’ve Got Talent”, since they used our space for their finalists to rehearse their performances before the final television appearance.

Cirkusfera is an organization for the development of contemporary circus, animation art, as well as contemporary and street theater. It brings together dedicated young artists who know the art of juggling, object manipulation, acrobatics, ekvilibrizam, clown technique and acting.Cirkusfera advocates the promotion of culture and art. It is engaged in affirmation of the performing arts (contemporary circus and street theater), independent art scene, education of children and young people, supporting ecology and environmental initiatives, raising awareness of physical and mental wellbeing, as well as lifelong learning. It also advocates establishment of regional networks for the development of contemporary circus; decentralization of theatrical activities in Serbia; international cooperation with professional artists and educators in the field of performing arts, especially in the field of contemporary circus. Among the important organization’s activities there is an educational program “Laboratory of circus arts”, theater productions “S.O.S: Planet Earth is calling“ and “Oh, Serbia among plums“ and always different Circusphere’s “Cabaret Spontana”.

Cirkusferа je orgаnizаcijа zа rаzvoj sаvremenog cirkusа, umetničke аnimаcije, sаvremenog i uličnog teаtrа. Okupljа posvećene mlаde umetnike koji poznаju veštinu žonglirаnjа, mаnipulаciju objektimа, аkrobаtiku, ekvilibrizаm, tehniku klovnа, glumu.Zаlаže se zа unаpređivаnje rаzvojа kulture i umetnosti. Uključenа je u аfirmisаnje izvođаčkih umetnosti (sаvremenog cirkusа i uličnog teаtrа) i nezаvisne umetničke scene; obrаzovаnje dece i mlаdih; ekološke inicijаtive; podizаnje svesti o fizičkom i mentаlnom zdrаvlju i celoživotnom učenju. Tаkođe se zаlаže zа formirаnje regionаlne mreže zа rаzvoj sаvremenog cirkusа; decentrаlizаciju pozorišnih аktivnosti u Srbiji; međunаrodnu sаrаdnju sа stvаrаocimа i profesionаlnim pedаgozimа iz poljа izvođаčkih umetnosti, nаročito iz poljа sаvremenog cirkusа.Među znаčаjne аktivnosti orgаnizаcije spаdа edukаtivni progrаm, „Lаborаtorijа cirkuske umetnosti”, produkcije „S.O.S plаnetа Zemljа zove” i „Oj Srbijo među šljivamа” kаo i uvek drugаčiji Cirkusferin ,,Kаbаre Spontаnа”.

Centar za kulturnu dekontaminaciju CZKD

Centar za kulturnu dekontaminaciju (CZKD) u Beogradu je nezavisna kulturna institucija osnovana 1995. godine. Od tada, Centar je organizovao preko 4000 događaja: predstava, performansa, izložbi, koncerata, javnih diskusija, seminara i predavanja, uličnih i „ličnih” akcija, i kao producent i kao mesto okupljanja. Toponim umetnosti, politike, kulture i civilnog društva, javni forum, prostor kulturne produkcije i obrazovnih programa, Centar je zajednica koja od osnivanja raste sa novim saradnicima: umetnicima, ekspertima, aktivistima, dizajnerima, tehničarima U svojoj misiji – borbi protiv depolitizacije kulture osvajanjem slobode i odgovornosti u političkom oblikovanju stvarnosti, Centar inicira i razvija regionalnu i međunarodnu saradnju u artikulaciji praksi emancipacije i solidarnosti u kulturi. CZKD je uvek bio mesto gde ljudi dolaze da se osećaju slobodno.

Center for Cultural Decontamination (CZKD) in Belgrade (Serbia) is an independent cultural institution founded in 1995. Since then, the Center has organized over 4.000 events: performances, exhibitions, concerts, public discussions, lecture series, street and “personal” actions, both as a producer and a venue. As a toponym of culture, politics, art and civil society, a public forum, a point of cultural production and education program, the Center is a community which is constantly growing thanks to new collaborations with artists, experts, activists, project associates, designers and technicians. In its mission – struggle against the depoliticization of culture by retrieving freedoms and responsibilities in political shaping of reality, the Center initiates and enhances regional and international collaboration in articulating practices of emancipation and solidarity in culture. CZKD has always been the place where people come to feel free.

Photography Development Center is established with the mission to help create conditions for full and unrestrained development of photography. Our aim is to improve education in the field of photography, support authors and find innovative and socially responsible ways for using photography. We are working on setting up a legal basis for regulating the profession of photography in the media and cultural spheres. We have submitted an amendment to Law on Culture, accepted in 2009, which declared photography as a cultural activity.Our projects develop media literacy among citizens and enhance professionalization of photographers working in the media. We are supporting authentic and experimental approach to photography. Raising the aesthetic criteria of creating, representing and perceiving photography is one of our priorities. Using contests, awards, exhibitions and panel discussions we promote high ethical and professional standards among photographers.Photography Development Center organized over 200 photography exhibitions so far, and is actively working on educating the future photography audience. With this goal we started a project Introducing photography to primary schools which is the first appliance of photography to pedagogical practice. Our project On-line workshop for professional media photographers includes lectures by foreign experts in the field of photography. Photography Development Center is the organizer of Press Photo Serbia project which follows, encourages and promotes the development of photography in media. It is the biggest project in the field of photography in Serbia and region.

Centar za razvoj fotografije

Centar za razvoj fotografije jeste organizacija osnovana sa misijom da doprinese ostvarivanju uslova za pun i nesmetan razvoj fotografije. Težimo unapređenju edukacije u oblasti fotografije, pružamo podršku autorima i pronalazimo inovativne i društveno odgovorne načine primene fotografije. Radimo na postavljanju zakonskih osnova za regulisanje fotografske profesije u medijskoj i kulturnoj sferi. Podneli smo amandman na Zakon o kulturi, usvojen 2009. godine, kojim je fotografija definisana kao kulturna delatnost.Našim projektima razvijamo medijsku pismenost stanovništva, kao i profesionalizaciju fotografa u medijima. Zalažemo se za autentičan i eksperimentalan pristup u fotogafiji. Radimo na podizanju estetskih kriterijuma pri stvaranju, prezentovanju i čitanju fotografskih radova. Konkursima, nagradama, izložbama i tribinama promovišemo visoke etičke kao i profesionalne standarde među fotografima.Centar za razvoj fotografije organizovao je preko 200 fotografskih izložbi. Aktivno radimo na edukaciji buduće fotografske publike. Sa tim ciljem pokrenuli smo projekat Uvođenje fotografije u osnovne škole, koji po prvi put primenjuje fotografiju u pedagoškoj praksi. Naš projekat On-line radionica za profesionalne fotografe u medijima uključuje predavanja stranih autoriteta u oblasti fotografije. Centar za razvoj fotografije nosilac je projekta Press Photo Srbija koji već trinaest godina prati, podstiče i promoviše razvoj medijske fotografije. To je najveći projekat u oblasti fotografije u Srbiji i regionu.

DAH Teatar Centar za pozorišna istraživanja

DAH Teatar su osnovale rediteljke Jadranka Anđelić i Dijana Milošević 1991. godine iz potrebe za temeljnim istraživačkim radom. Od samog osnivanja njima se pridružuje glumica Maja Mitić, a od 1993. glumica Sanja Krsmanović Tasić. Godine 1993. DAH Teatar povećava svoje aktivnosti formirajući DAH Teatar Centar za pozorišna istraživanja sa programom sastavljenim od radionica, predavanja, seminara, gostujućih predstava i festivala. Njima se u 2002. godini pridružuje Aleksandra Jelić, 2004. glumac i muzičar Jugoslav Hadžić, a 2008. glumica Ivana Milenović Popović. Jadranka Anđelić trenutno živi i radi u Brazilu i povremeno se uključuje u rad Centra. Rad Dah Teatra Centra za pozorišna istraživanja okrenut je ka neprestanoj razmeni znanja, iskustva i ideja među umetnicima i učesnicima iz različitih pozorišnih i nacionalnih tradicija. Centar stvara uslove za usavršavanje reditelja, glumaca i ostalih umetnika u svim pozorišnim oblastima. Važan deo rada Centra jeste edukacija mladih ljudi u pravcu savremenog pozorišnog izraza i upoznavanje sa ostalim granama umetnosti.Aktivnosti Dah Teatra Centra za pozorišna istraživanja su:

Dah Theater Research Center was created out of a need for profound experimental work by directors Jadranka Anđelić and Dijana Milošević. Since the very beginning in 1991 actress Maja Mitić joined them, and in 1993 actress Sanja Krsmanović Tasić. That same year Dah Theatre expands it’s activities by creating “DAH Theater Research Center” to deliver an ongoing program of workshops, lectures, seminars, guest performances and festivals. In 2002 they were joined by Aleksandra Jelić, in 2004 by musician-actor Jugoslav Hadžić and in 2008 by actress Ivana Milenović Popović. Jadranka Anđelić currently lives and works in Brazil and occasionally involves in the work of the Centre.DAH Theater Research Center is a venue that has grown into a significant spot on the cultural and artistic map of Belgrade and Serbia. The work of the Center strives toward a constant exchange of knowledge, experience and ideas among artists and participants from various theatrical and national traditions.DAH Theater Research Center activities:

Being an independent non-governmental group in this country, during the last years, has been a great challenge. Artists Association DEZ ORG is a group of visual artists in flux. It was founded in Belgrade in 2005 by Gordana Belić, Dragan Đorđević, Tijana Knežević, Maja Radanović Ozegovic, Jelena Radić, Dragan Rajšić, Maja Rakočević-Cvijanov, Milica Ružičić, Ivana Smiljanić, Boba Mirjana Stojadinović and Boris Šribar.The mission of DEZ ORG is the affirmation and promotion of relevant contemporary visual art practice, as well as critical approach to the contemporary society and art through networking and cooperation with similar groups and relevant institutions on the local, regional and international level. DEZ ORG is an organization that is based on principles of self-organization, artistic initiatives and cooperation with other art oriented organizations and institutions. So far DEZ ORG realized over 30 events on its own and in cooperation with other organizations on local and international level: group and solo exhibitions, performances, panel discussions, workshops, publishing and publication promotions, with participation of young artists from Serbia, South Eastern Europe region, as well as the rest of the Europe, in local (Belgrade, Pančevo, Novi Sad, Smederevo, Subotica) and international context (Italy, Netherlands, Romania, Turkey, USA).

ERGstatus plesni teatar osnovan je 1998. godine, kao edukativni projekat savremenog plesa. Od tada ovaj projekat je prerastao u nezavisnu organizaciju koja je svojim radom obeležena na mapi Srbije, ali i u regionu, kroz seminare, radionice i umetnički rad plesnog teatra. ERGstatus takođe radi i kao inkluzivna trupa sa igračima sa invaliditetom i bez njega. Do danas je ERGstatus ostvario saradnju sa kompanijama i umetnicima iz raznih krajeva sveta – SAD, Japan, Australija, Izrael, Poljska, Nemačka, Slovenija, Holandija i mnogim drugim, nastupajući na mnogim internacionalnim festivalima i susretima u zemlji i inostranstvu. ERGstatus plesni teatar osvojio je Medalju UBUS-a od Udruženja baletskih umetnika Srbije i drugo mesto na Festivalu koreografskih minijatura 2000. godine u Narodnom pozorištu u Beogradu.

ERGstatus Dance Theater was established in 1998 as educational project of contemporary dance. Since then this project evolved into an important independent organization in the field of contemporary dance in Serbia and the region of South Eastern Europe via seminars, workshops and artistic production of ERGstatus Dance Theatre as a professional company. ERGstatus also works as an integrated dance company with disabled and non-disabled dancers. To date ERGstatus established collaboration with companies and artists from all over the world - USA, Japan, Australia, Israel, Poland, Germany, Slovenia, The Nederlands and many other. It has also performed on many international festivals and meetings in Serbia and abroad. ERGstatus Dance Theatre was awarded with an UBUS Medallion by Association of Ballet Artists of Serbia and won the second place at Festival of Choreography Miniatures in 2000 in Belgrade National Theater.

Art group Hop.La! was founded in Belgrade in 2005 and it owes it’s cheerful name to the dark drama of Ernst Toller “Hoppla, We’re Alive!”.The main Hop.La! activities are experimental art productions, programs of participative art and research in the area of aesthetics and psychology of art. Hop.la! je grupa umetnika osnovana 2005. godine u Beogradu. Svoj veseli naziv duguje mračnoj drami „Hopla! mi živimo“ Ernsta Tolera. Glavna polja zanimanja i delovanja Hop.la! jesu autorske umetničke produkcije, programi participativne umetnosti i istraživanja u oblasti estetike i psihologije umetnosti. KIOSK - platforma za savremenu umetnost

Kiosk – Platforma za savremenu umetnost je nevladina, neprofitna organizacija koja deluje na polju umetnosti i kulture. Kiosk su osnovale u Beogradu 2002. godine Ana Adamović (vizuelna umetnica) i Milica Pekić (istoričarka umetnosti i kustoskinja). U 2008. godini Dorijan Kolundžija (vizuelni umetnik) pridružuje se Kiosk timu a u 2009. i Paul Murray (pozorišni reditelj i glumac) i Svetlana Stojanović (producentkinja) postaju deo organizacije. Osnovni cilj Kioska jeste široka saradnja među umetnicima i kulturnim radnicima iz svih oblasti savremene umetnosti. Kiosk veruje da inovativne umetničke aktivnosti neguju otvorenost i obezbeđuju bolje razumevanje društvenih i političkih poteškoća modernog društva. Imajući u vidu ovaj cilj, Kiosk kreira izložbe, publikacije i istraživačke projekte koji poboljšavaju razumevanje društvenih problema, teorije i prakse savremene umetnosti, i ulogu umetnosti u „mejnstrim“ kulturi. Od 2002. godine Kiosk sarađuje sa umetnicima, kulturnim radnicima i javnošću da bi stvorio participativne projekte velikog formata i nove mreže koje podstiču dijalog. Od 2007. godine Kiosk aktivno razvija projekte koji se bave savremenom umetničkom produkcijom u javnom prostoru, kreirajući privremene i trajne intervencije nad urbanom strukturom gradova u Srbiji.

Kiosk – Platform for Contemporary Art is a non-governmental, non-profit organization working in the field of arts and culture. It was founded in Belgrade in 2002 by Ana Adamović (visual artist) and Milica Pekić (art historian and curator). In 2008 Dorijan Kolundžija (visual artist) joined Kiosk team and in 2009 Paul Murray (theater director and actor) and Svetlana Stojanović (producer) also became part of the organization. Kiosk facilitates and supports cooperation between artists and cultural operators from all fields of contemporary art. Kiosk believes that innovative artistic activities foster openness and provide better understanding of the social and political difficulties underlying modern society. With this aim in mind, Kiosk creates exhibitions, publications and research projects that generate the understanding of social problems, theory and practice of contemporary art and the role of art in mainstream culture. Since 2002 Kiosk has collaborated with artists, cultural operators and general public to create large-scale participatory projects and new networks that encourage dialogue. Since 2007 Kiosk actively develops projects that are exploring the issue of contemporary art production in public space, creating temporary as well as permanent interventions upon urban structure of cities in Serbia.

Kontekst at the local community represents a continuation of our struggle for an autonomous space that began after we ceased to work in the Cultural Center “Stari grad” in October 2010. This struggle represents a self-organised pressure on the network of exploitation of contemporary art and culture and it will contribute to the development of different relations of production in which art would become a re-politicised place of conflict as a driver of new social relations. The process of research and communication with various administrative structures in the sphere of local cultural policy resulted in signing a contract with the municipality of New Belgrade that provided us with the opportunity of continuing our work on the premises of New Belgrade’s “Students’ City” local community. We will use the period of working in the local community to create a platform for autonomous education as a possibility for new knowledge and knowledge relating to such political activity.

Kontekst u mesnoj zajednici predstavlja nastavak borbe Kontekst kolektiva za autonomni prostor koji smo započeli nakon prestanka rada u prostoru Centra za kulturu „Stari grad“ u oktobru 2010. godine. Ta borba predstavlja samoorganizovani pritisak na mrežu eksploatacije savremene umetnosti i kulture, kao i stvaranje drugačijih produkcijskih odnosa u kojima bi umetnost bila repolitizovano mesto društvenih dijaloga ili konflikata kao pokretača ili posledica savremenih političkih procesa. Dosadašnja istraživanja i komunikacije sa različitim upravljačkim strukturama u oblasti lokalnih kulturnih politika, za ishod su imali potpisivanje ugovora sa Opštinom Novi Beograd, koji nam otvara mogućnost za dalji rad u prostoru MZ „Studentski grad“ na Novom Beogradu. Period rada u mesnoj zajednici iskoristićemo za stvaranje platforme autonomnog obrazovanja u saradnji sa kolektivima i pojedincima s kojima delimo političke stavove, kao mogućnosti ko-proizvodnje novog znanja i za takvo znanje vezanog političkog delovanja.

KORNET

Kornet je nastao kao nezavisna izdavačka kuća koju su stvorili Ilegalni poslastičari i njegova primarna aktivnost bila je izdavanje knjiga i multimedijalnih diskova. Prioriteti su bili u izdavanju mladih, uglavnom još neafirmisanih avangardnih pisaca, naročito u odnosu na dominantnu mejnstrim produkciju u zemlji. Kornet je zatim nastavio s prevodnom književnošću evropske avangarde i pokreta (kao što su nadrealizam, dadaizam, futurizam…) s namerom da se suprotstavi nadirućem talasu osrednje književnosti i da regionu predstavi bolji uvid u evropske trendove.Od raspada Ilegalnih poslastičara, Kornet više nije samo izdavačka kuća. Ova organizacija preuzela je deo aktivnosti ove grupe. Danas je član Nezavisne kulturne scene Srbije (osnovane septembra 2010). Kornet sarađuje s brojnim umetnicima i umetničkim grupama, ne samo u Srbiji nego u celom regionu bivše Jugoslavije.

Kornet has emerged as a publishing house created by the art group “Ilegalni poslastičari” (Illegal Confectioners) and its primary activity is publishing books and multimedia discs. Its priorities are publishing works by young, generally not yet established authors whose books are avant-garde, particularly in comparison to the mainstream literary production in the country. Kornet started a library of translatable literature devoted to the European avant-guarde movements (such as Surrealism, Futurism and others) with the aim to confront the tide wave of bad literature in the region and present better insight into European trends. Since the decay of the „Illegal Confectionars“, Kornet is no longer only a publishing house - it took over part of the activities of this artistic group. It is currently a member of Indipendent Cultural Scene of Serbia (established in September 2010). Kornet cooperates with numerous artists and artistic groups not only in Serbia, but also throughout the region of former Yugoslavia.

Cultural Front was founded in 2000 with the idea of promoting the new Serbian art scene, encouraging regional and international cooperation and contributing to the functional cultural policy. Over the past years Cultural Front has been realizing its programs, such as exhibitions, festivals, concerts and debates in different public venues in Belgrade and Serbia.In April 2009 Cultural Front has created Grad - European Center for Culture and Debate, as a result of ten years of work, in cooperation with Felix Meritis Center for culture, debate and science from Amsterdam. With the help and the initial support of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Netherlands through the MATRA program and support by the Belgrade Municipality Savski Venac, for the first time in our industrial heritage one object was turned into a multifunctional space for numerous live cultural events.The old warehouse was built in 1884 in the heart of the former city center. The space was redesigned into the multifunctional space with capacity to organize programs such as exhibitions, concerts, debates, performances, conferences and workshops. The idea was to keep the atmosphere of the old warehouse on the bank of the Sava river by introducing only the most needed innovations that are necessary for the functioning of a cultural center.

Kulturni Front je nastao 2000. godine sa idejom promovisanja nove umetničke scene, podsticanja regionalne i internacionalne saradnje i uopšte doprinosa stvaranju funkcionalne kulturne politike. Tokom godina svoje programe, kao što su izložbe, festivali, koncerti i debate, KF je realizovao u raznim javnim prostorima u Beogradu i Srbiji. U aprilu 2009. nastao je GRAD, Evropski centar za kulturu i debatu kao plod desetogodišnjeg rada Kulturnog Fronta te kao rezultat saradnje sa centrom za kulturu, debatu i nauku Felix Meritis iz Amsterdama. Zahvaljujući inicijalnoj podršci Ministarstva inostranih poslova Holandije kroz program MATRA i razumevanju beogradske opštine Savski venac po prvi put kod nas jedan objekat industrijskog nasleđa prerasta u multifunkcionalni prostor i mesto živih kulturnih dešavanja.Stari magacin sagrađen je daleke 1884. godine u srcu nekadašnjeg centra Beograda, u zoni zvanoj Sava mala. Preuređen je u multifunkcionalni prostor sa mogućnošću organizovanja programa kao što su izložbe, koncerti, debate, konferencije i radionice. Ideja je bila da se što je moguće više sačuva atmosfera starog skladišta na obali reke Save uvođenjem samo onih najneophodnijih novina koje su potrebne za funkcionisanje jednog kulturnog centra.

Liceulice je prvi ulični magazin u Srbiji, pokrenut u julu 2010. godine. Izlazi jednom u dva meseca, a prodaju ga naši marginalizovani sugrađani, na ulicama Beograda i Novog Sada. Polovinu od svakog prodatog primerka zadržavaju prodavci, a druga polovina se koristi za štampanje novih primeraka magazina.Ovaj neprofitni, nezavisni magazin odan je univerzalnim vrednostima, socijalnoj pravdi, principima jednakosti, demokratije i humanosti. Zalažemo se za ljudska prava, prava ugroženih i marginalizovanih grupa i pojedinaca, za vrednosti modernog društva, saradnju i integraciju, za zdravo fizičko i mentalno okruženje, za održivi razvoj, za mir – a protiv nasilja, rasizma i mržnje svake vrste.Naš magazin je originalna platforma aktivizma i novih ideja, ali i veoma praktična i korisna alatka koja kreativnost stavlja u službu društvenih promena i pri tom daje konkretne rezultate i nudi rešenja na planu ekonomske i društvene inkluzije i osnaživanja najugroženijih kategorija stanovništva.Liceulice je ime uz koje će se vezivati mnoštvo akcija i poduhvata osmišljenih u nastojanju da se učini nešto korisno – danas!

Liceulice is the first Serbian street paper, launched in July 2010. New issues come out once in two months and it is sold by our marginalized fellow citizens in the streets of Belgrade and Novi Sad. Vendors keep one half of revenues and the other half is used for printing new issues. This nonprofit, independent magazine is devoted to promoting universal values, social justice, equality, democracy and humanity. We are committed to the fight for human rights, the rights of the vulnerable and marginalized groups and individuals, values of the modern society, cooperation and integration, healthy physical and mental environment, sustainable development, peace – and we feel strongly against violence, racism and hate of any kind.Our magazine is an original platform for activism and new ideas, but also very practical and useful tool which puts creativity in service of social change. Magacin in Kraljevića Marka Str. (MKM) represents a former warehouse of the publishing company “Nolit”, and it has been active since June 2007 as a cultural center under the direction of Belgrade Youth Center which was ceded by the decision of the municipal authorities.Its status remains unclear until this day, as the original idea was never realized, the idea to create a multimedia center that was to provide the independent cultural organizations an idependent preparation, production and realization of programs, with the formal administration by the Belgrade Youth Center, that is to say - paid overhead costs. This intention of the city government was to be implemented via tender to select the organizations which were to work and act for a certain period of time in this space, individually and in cooperation with others. Belgrade Youth Center tender was announced in 2007 and six organizations have been chosen: Stanica – Service for contemporary dance, nKA – independent cultural assotiation, TKH – Center for theory and practice of performing arts, Gallery 12+ and Pro Art Org, SEEcult.org and Rende. Contracts, however, were never signed, nor was MKM ever readjusted as stated in the conditions of the tender.In attempt to reactualize the question of its future, the organisations working within MKM organized a regional conference dedicated to the independent cultural centres in the region in 2008. Representatives of the city authorities announced then that new similar venues are to be opened. Since 2008 there was no progress in the case of MKM.

Magacin u Kraljevića Marka (MKM), bivše skladište izdavačke kuće „Nolit“, deluje od juna 2007. kao kulturni centar pod upravom Doma omladine Beograda kojem je ustupljen odlukom gradskih vlasti. Status MKM-a ostao je nejasan do danas, jer nije realizovana prvobitna zamisao o multimedijalnom centru koji je trebalo da omogući organizacijama sa nezavisne kulturne scene samostalnu pripremu, produkciju i realizaciju programa, uz formalnu administraciju DOB-a, odnosno plaćene režijske troškove. Ta namera gradskih vlasti trebalo je da bude realizovana posredstvom javnog konkursa za izbor organizacija koje bi na određeno vreme radile i delovale u MKM-u, pojedinačno i u saradnji sa drugima. Konkurs DOB-a raspisan je 2007. g. i na njemu je odabrano šest organizacija (Stanica – servis za savremeni ples, nKA – nezavisna kulturna asocijacija, TKH – centar za teoriju i praksu izvođačkih umetnosti, Galerija 12+ i Pro Art Org, SEEcult.org i Rende). Ugovori, međutim, nisu potpisani, niti je MKM preuređen u skladu sa uslovima konkursa. U pokušaju da pokrenu pitanje sudbine MKM-a, organizacije u MKM-u organizovale su 2008. g. regionalnu konferenciju posvećenu nezavisnim kulturnim centrima u regionu. Predstavnici gradskih vlasti najavili su tada otvaranje novih sličnih prostora. Od 2008. godine nema pomaka u slučaju MKM-a.

MIMART - pozorište pokreta

Teatar Mimart jedan je od prvih alternativnih teatara u ex-yu osnovan 1984. godine na neformalnoj eksperimentalnoj umetničkoj sceni Beograda. Nela Antonović, osnivač, direktor i reditelj, okuplja grupu umetnika: performere, plesače, glumce, slikare i sve profesionalce koji žele da se bave eksperimentalnim otvorenim procesom u pozorištu, kroz radionice kreativne vizualizacije koje rezultiraju u metod Mimart. Fokus našeg rada je na fenomenima društva, jer savremenost određuju fenomeni: geopolitički, socijalni, ekonomski, tehnološki, ekološki medijski, komunikacijski i kulturološki. U eri sveopšte težnje ka vizualizaciji i spektaklu kao modelu društvenog i kulturnog života, MIMART teatar u diskreciji traga za smislom savremene umetnosti. Neverbalni teatar prevazilazi sve barijere: jezičke, geografske, političke, etičke, etničke, sociološke... Glavne aktivnosti su nam: ohrabriti dijalog između korisnika i stvaralaca kulturne politike (Community art), kako bi izvođačke umetnosti bile integralni i efektni instrumenti u postizanju kohezije zajednice; promovisati koegzistenciju i poštovanje prema drugačijim kulturama i verovanjima, te kreiranje poštovanja prema kulturnom diverzitetu; podržavanja mobilnosti umetnika u Srbiji i decentralizacija umetnosti; Art aktivizam kroz performanse i razgovore; edukacija mladih kroz otvorene kreativne radionice kao i promovisanja interkulturnog dijaloga kroz međunarodne projekte.MIMART je učestvovao na mnogim domaćim i inostranim pozorišnim festivalima: Prag, Moskva, Sarajevo, Gelzenkirhen, Herne, Rostov, Antverpen, Soči, Podgorica, Pariz, Lvov, Užgorod, Kijev, Oslo, Napulj, Zagreb, Cluž, San Marino, Kairo, Novi Sad, Subotica, Niš, Kotor, Budva, Podgorica, na kojima je dobijao nagrade i priznanja, kao i na vodećim video-festivalima interaktivnih umetnosti u svetu. Iskustvo dugogodišnjeg rada istraživanja pozorišta, pedeset predstava, preko 300 performansa i edukativnih radionica Nela Antonović je publikovala u knjigama „Mimart godovi“, 2000. godine о metodi rada, „Fenomenologija pokretom“, 2004. godine o fenomenologiji otvorenog procesa i povodom godišnjice rada elektronsku knjigu „25“, o uslovima rada savremenog umetnika kod nas, 2009. godine.MIMART je osnivač i član mreža u Srbiji: STANICA – servis za savremeni ples, DRS – nezavisne kulturne scene Beograda i NKSS-Nezavisna kulturna scena Srbije.

Theater Mimart, one of the first alternative theaters in ex-Yugoslavia was established in 1984 at the informal experimental stage of Belgrade. Since then Nela Antonović, the founder and art director of MIMART, gathers a group of performers, dancers, actors, painters and all professionals who want to engage in an open process in experimental theater, resulting in creative visualization method MIMART. The focus of our work is on the phenomenon of society, as contemporaneity is defined by various phenomena: geopolitical, social, economical, technological, environmental, communicational and cultural. In the era of universal aspirations towards visualization and spectacle as a model of social and cultural life, in its sole discretion MIMART Theater is searching for the meaning of contemporary art. Nonverbal theater transcends all barriers: language, geography, politics, ethnics, society... The main activities are: encouraging the dialogue between practitioners and policy makers (Community art), so that performing arts could become relevant and effective instruments in achieving social cohesion; to promote coexistence and respect for different cultures and beliefs, and to create respect for cultural diversity; create opportunities for artist mobility in Serbia - decentralization of Arts; Art activism through performance and dialogue; to educate young people via open and creative workshops as well as to promote inter-cultural dialogue through international projects.MIMART participated in many theater festivals: Prague, Moscow, Sarajevo, Gelsenkirchen, Herne, Rostov, Antwerp, Sochi, Podgorica, Paris, Lviv, Uzhhorod, Kiev, Oslo, Naples, Zagreb, Cluj, San Marino, Cairo, Novi Sad, Subotica, Niš, Kotor, Budva, and many others, as well as in the leading interactive video art festivals around the world.MIMART celebrated twenty five years of existence in 2009 with over forty theatrical performances and several hundred other performances. In year 2000 Nela Antonović published a book comprising the work of many years of movement research in the book “Mimart Tree Rings”, and methodology of MIMART is elaborated in the second book titled “Phenomenology of Movement” published in 2004. Phenomenology of an open process and the 25th anniversary of Theater MIMART were the cause for publishing the e-book “25” in 2009. O3ONE

Projekat O3ONE podrazumeva platformu za stvaranje i promociju ideja iz oblasti sinergije umetnosti, nauke i tehnologije. Brojnim umetničkim postavkama i multidisciplinarnim projektima koje inicira, projekat O3ONE pokušava da odgovori na izazove koji nove tehnologije i modeli finansiranja nameću savremenoj kulturnoj produkciji. Program O3ONE podeljen je u tri celine: Art3ONE, Open3ONE i Science3ONE pri čemu pomenute zone predstavljaju projekte koji svoj fokus stavljaju pojedinačno na umetnost, nauku i biznis, ali i neizostavno na njihov međuuticaj. Vrednosti kojima se vodi i za šta se zalaže jesu kreativnost, tehnologija i socijalna interakicija.Art3one je platforma projekta O3ONE usmerena na prezentaciju dela savremene vizuelne umetnosti pri čemu se akcent stavlja na dizajn, fotografiju, arhitekturu i umetnost novih medija (new media art). Science3one se sastoji od naučnih projekata festivalskog i konferencijskog tipa koji veliki akcenat stavljaju na prezentaciju projekata koji neguju interdisciplinarni pristup.Festival Blink (Beogradski festival novih komunikacija) predstavlja jedinstvenu kulturnu manifestaciju u okviru projekta O3ONE. Zahvaljujuci manifestaciji ovog tipa, beogradskoj publici predstavljeni su najznačajniji aspekti veba, najnovije tehnologije primenljive u svim svojim formama i raznolikostima u svetu advertajzinga, nauke, umetnosti i poslovanja uopšte.Open3one ostavlja veliki prostor saradnji i umrežavanju sa akterima najrazličitijeg profesionalnog profila u cilju kulturne razmene i razvoja savremene umetničke i naučne scene. Ova zona predstavlja pandan tzv. community service u sferi savremene umetničke i kulturne scene koji bismo želeli da razvijamo.

Project O3ONE implies a platform for creation and promotion of ideas in the synergy of the fields of art, science and technology. With the work on many artistic installations and exhibitions, as well as interdisciplinary projects O3ONE tends to respond to the challenges of new technologies and financial models which have been imposed on the contemporary culture production. O3ONE project is divided, according to its specific aims, into three zones - Art3ONE, Science3ONE and Open3ONE. Our guiding values are creativity, technology and social interaction. Art3ONE presents and encourages contemporary visual art projects with particular emphasis on the new media art. Science3ONE consists of scientific festival and conference type projects with precise emphasis on interdisciplinary project presentations. B-link Festival (Belgrade new communications festival) represents a unique manifestation within O3ONE project. With the help of this kind of manifestation, Belgrade audience was presented with the significant aspects of web, cutting-edge technologies applicable in all forms and diversities in advertising world, science, art and business in general. Open3ONE provides great space for partnerships and networking with different professionals in order to contribute to creative exchange processes as well as scientific and art scene development. This zone has an aim to provide counterpart in the so-called community service in contemporary art and culture field which we constantly tend to develop and improve.

PLAVO pozorište is a theater laboratory founded in Belgrade in 1995 with the ideology based on principles established by reformers of 20th century theater – Constantin Stanislavsky, Antonin Artaud, Jerzy Grotowski, Eugenio Barba and Odin Teatret, as well as Italian director Massimo Giannetti. Theater which exists with the idea to serve the theater instead of being its servant, theater which explores deeper levels of human communication, theater which has the idea of moving boundaries of human perception, theater which lives the utopia of reconciliation of anthropology and society, and theater which presents the critical attitude – these are our basic premises. We are a group of people who, cherishing the seed of anarchism in ourselves, use theater as a place with the credibility where serious subjects about the world that surrounds us could be said. Activities of “PLAVO pozorište” include:

Creation of theater performances based on laboratory work and • their presentation in cultural centers, theaters and festivals across Serbia and Europe;Education of all interested in research approach to work in • theater via theater workshops, seminars and continuous pedagogical processes. Special emphasis is on the educational work with the youth and children, with the aim of opening their horizons for new views of arts and culture in general. Other important aspect is using possibilities of theater laboratory in the development of the civil society when theater becomes an active power which could revitalize community;Organizing international meetings and festivals whose • participants are important European independent theater organizations.

Since September 2010. the working space of PLAVO pozorište is settled in BIGZ building, in Boulevard of Vojvoda Mišić 17, VI floor.

PLAVO POZORIŠTE

PLAVO pozorište je pozorišna laboratorija osnovana 1995. godine u Beogradu, čija se ideologija bazira na principima koje su ustanovili reformatori pozorišta XX veka – Konstantin Stanislavski, Antonen Arto, Ježi Grotovski, Euđenio Barba i Odin teatar, kao i italijanski reditelj Masimo Đaneti. Pozorište koje postoji da bi se pozorištem služilo, a ne da bi mu se služilo, pozorište koje istražuje dublje nivoe ljudske komunikacije, pozorište koje ima ideju pomeranja granica ljudske percepcije, pozorište koje živi utopiju pomirenja antrpologije i društva i pozorište koje je kritički stav – to su naše osnovne premise. Mi smo grupa ljudi koja, negujući zrno anarhizma u sebi, koristi pozorište kao mesto koje ima kredibilitet i u kome se mogu reći neke ozbiljne stvari o sebi i svetu koji nas okružuje.Aktivnosti PLAVOG pozorišta obuhvataju:

stvaranje pozorišnih predstava baziranih na laboratorijskom • radu i njihovo izvođenje u kulturnim centrima, pozorištima i na festivalima širom Srbije i Evrope;edukaciju svih zainteresovanih za istraživački pristup radu u • pozorištu kroz pozorišne radionice, seminare i duže kontinuirane pedagoške procese. Poseban akcenat se stavlja na edukativni rad sa mladima i decom u cilju otvaranja njihovih vidika za nove poglede na umetnost i kulturu uopšte, kao i na korišćenje mogućnosti laboratorijskog pozorišta u razvoju civilnog društva gde pozorište postaje aktivna snaga koja može da revitalizuje zajednicu;organizaciju međunarodnih pozorišnih susreta i festivala čiji su • učesnici važne evropske nezavisne pozorišne organizacije.

Od septembra 2010. godine prostorije PLAVOG pozorišta nalaze se u zgradi BIGZ-a, u Bulevaru Vojvode Mišića 17 na VI spratu.

Kulturni centar REX

REX je centar za savremenu umetnost i angažovanu kulturnu praksu. Zajednički cilj REX-ovih projekata je da se osnaže i ohrabre pojedinci, grupe i inicijative, da izraze i realizuju svoje ideje, i da, razvijajući razumevanje za društvene odnose, koriste svoje znanje i veštine na kreativni način. REX podržava i predstavlja projekte i programe savremene angažovane umetnosti i kulture u sopstvenoj produkciji, ali i u saradnji sa srodnim inicijativama, organizujući i ugošćavajući debate, prezentacije, izložbe, koncerte, pozorišne i plesne predstave. Osim za javne programe, REX je otvoren i preko dana za srodne inicijative i organizacije, aktiviste i aktivistkinje koji koriste prostor za pripremu projekata, sastanke, probe i radionice. Većina programa je organizovana i inicirana od REX-ovog tima u pravnom okviru Fonda B92. Ostali programi su koprodukcije REX-a i srodnih inicijativa/grupa/organizacija (REX obezbeđuje prostor, opremu i usluge tima stalnih saradnika).REX organizuje više od 300 različitih programa godišnje i u svom prostoru i u drugim gradovima u Srbiji. Aktivno je uključen u lokalno, regionalno i međunarodno umrežavanje, kao član Asocijacije nezavisne kulturne scene Srbije, neformalne regionalne mreže Clubture (Hrvatska) i Mreže nezavisnih centara Evrope TEH. REX razmenjuje volontere sa drugim evropskim kulturnim centrima u okviru projekta Mladi u akciji.

Cultural Center REX is a place for contemporary, socially engaged art and analytical cultural practice. Through its programs, REX is making the effort to conduct a research in the borderline fields of culture and social engagement as well as the fields in which different branches of art overlap. The mutual aim of the projects is to educate and empower individuals and groups to articulate and put into practice their ideas, to develop an understanding of social relations and use their knowledge in a creative way. REX supports, presents and produces contemporary art and cultural projects via open public events, but it is also open for rehearsals, preparation of projects and meetings of related initiatives.The majority of programs organized by REX are produced by the Fund B92. The rest of them are co-productions between the Fund and similar initiatives, with REX providing the venue, equipment and services. REX organizes more than 300 different programs every year in its space and in other towns throughout Serbia. It has been actively involved in social and political developments and engaged in local, regional and international networking as a member of the Independent Cultural Scene of Serbia, regional informal network “Clubture” and TEH network of European independent cultural centers. REX is also involved in volunteer exchange with other European cultural centers in the Youth in Action project.

Since it was established in 1999 Remont functions as a service, cooperating with artists and art professionals. SEEcult.org je nevladina, neprofitna organizacija, osnovana 2002. u Beogradu radi unapređenja razvoja otvorene kulturne i umetničke scene u Srbiji i regionu Jugoistočne Evrope, doprinosa saradnji u regionu i njegovoj integraciji u Evropu i ostatak sveta. Glavna aktivnost udruženja SEEcult.org je portal za kulturu SEEcult.org, pokrenut 2003. godine kao razvojna, informativno-edukativna, prezentaciona i dokumentaciona onlajn platforma za kulturu i umetnost, posebno posvećena afirmisanju savremenih kulturnih i umetničkih praksi, civilnog društva i neprofitnih medija. Udruženje SEEcult.org organizuje i različite kulturne programe (izložbe, promocije knjiga, prezentacije…) i javne debate, konferencije i okrugle stolove. Takođe, SEEcult.org je aktivan u umrežavanju i podsticanju saradnje na nacionalnom i regionalnom nivou – jedan je od osnivača inSEEcp – Neformalne mreže portala za kulturu Jugoistočne Evrope i Asocijacije Nezavisna kulturna scena Srbije (NKSS). Među novijim projektima koje SEEcult.org realizuje sa partnerima u regionu su: Let’s Talk Critic Art, posvećen kritičkoj umetnosti u Hrvatskoj, Makedoniji, Sloveniji i Srbiji, Balkan Initiative for Cultural Cooperation, Exchange and Development (BICCED), posvećen analitičkom izveštavanju o kulturnim politikama u regionu i Criticize This!, posvećen kritičkom promišljanju savremene umetnosti.

SEEcult.org is a nongovernmental, non-profit organization based in Belgrade, founded in 2002 with the aim to help development of an open cultural and artistic scene in Serbia and the region of South Eastern Europe, as well as to contribute to promotion of multicultural and international cooperation in the region and its integration into Europe and beyond. The main activities are grouped around the SEEcult.org portal, which was established in 2003 as developmental, informative-educational, and presentation-documentary online platform for culture and art, dedicated to afirmation of contemporary cultural and artistic practices, civil society and nonprofit media. SEEcult.org is also organizing cultural programs, debates, conferences and round tables. It is also active in the regional cooperation and networking as one of the initiators of the InSEEcp – Informal Network of Culture Portals in South Eastern Europe, and the founding member of the Association of Independent Cultural Scene of Serbia. Some of the latest projects of SEEcult.org and its partners in the region include: Let’s Talk Critic Art, dedicated to critical aproach to art in the region, Balkan Initiative for Cultural Cooperation, Exchange and Development (BICCED), dedicated to analytical reporting on issues in the sphere of cultural policy in the region, and Criticize This!, dedicated to affirmation of critical reflection on art.

STATION is a service for contemporary dance community in Serbia, established in 2005 by active members of the dance community. The goals were to make the young dancing scene stronger, structured, and recognized by cultural policy makers, state institutions, cultural operators, educational policy makers, Balkan and European partners and funding bodies, as well as by the wider audience.STATION strongly supports and encourages newcomers and not yet recognized companies and individuals. Its aims are to offer possibilities for development and learning, though its goal primarily is to continue supporting experimental and new art forms as vital ingredient of our common environment.One of the ultimate goals of STATION is to provide reasonable and professional working conditions for all active parties on the scene. Because of that, Station is active in the field of cultural policy and independent art and culture initiatives. STATION is the co-founder and member of the Nomad Dance Academy, regional platform for development of contemporary performing arts with strong emphasis on education and self-education – www.nomaddanceacademy.org.STATION regularly organizes NOMAD Dance Academy Education Program (together with the partners form NOMAD network) as the only consistent contemporary dance education and production program in the Balkans.STATION is the co-founder of Druga scena (Other Scene), local platform of independent art and culture scene active in Belgrade since 2006.

Stanica je servis za savremenu plesnu scenu u Srbiji, osnovan 2005. godine od tada aktivnih umetnika i menadžera. Ciljevi organizacije su da se mlada plesna scena ojača, strukturira i podrži, ali i da bude prepoznata od kreatora kulturne politike, javnih institucija, drugih aktera umetnosti i kulture, obrazovnih struktura, partnera sa Balkana i iz Evrope, finansijera, kao i najšire publike.Stanica snažno podržava i ohrabruje mlade umetnike i još nepriznate trupe i pojedince. Želimo da im ponudimo mogućnosti za razvoj i učenje. Ali, prvenstveni nam je interes da podržavamo eksperiment i nove umetničke forme kao vitalne sastojke našeg zajedničkog okruženja.Jedan od osnovnih ciljeva Stanice je da razvije i podrži profesionalne uslove rada za sve aktere plesne scene. Zbog toga se angažuje u oblasti kulturnih politika na gradskom, državnom, regionalnom i medjunarodnom nivou, posebno kada se radi o poziciji nezavisne umetničke i kulturne scene.Stanica je koosnivač i član Nomad Dance Academy, regionalne platforme za razvoj savremenih izvođačkih umetnosti, koja stavlja naglasak na programe i procese obrazovanja i samoobrazovanja – www.nomaddanceacademy.org.Stanica organizuje NOMAD Dance Academy Education Programme (zajedno sa partnerima iz NDA mreže) koji je jedini konstantni program obrazovanja u savremenom plesu na Balkanu.Stanica je koosnivač druge scene, lokalne platforme nezavisne umetničke i kulturne scene aktivne u Beogradu od 2006. godine.

Slobodna umetnička zadruga Treći Beograd je inicijativa osmoro umetnika: Selmana Trtovca, Milorada Mladenovića, Anice Vučetić, Olivere Parlić, Radoša Antonijevića, Marka Markovića, Sanje Latinović i Marine Marković.Treći Beograd je zamišljen kao živo, dinamično i energetsko središte ne samo domaćih već i umetnika iz regiona i sveta, koji bi u njemu mogli da izlažu, održavaju radionice i plasiraju druge vidove edukativnih sadržaja, naročito one koje se tiču promocije radova savremene umetnosti na regionalnoj umetničkoj sceni. Sam prostor sastoji se od galerije (10 x 7 x 4m) kao centralne prostorije, kluba, kao neformalnog mesta druženja, i rezidencijalnih prostorija u kojima bi se održavala predavanja i radionice.

Third Belgrade is an initiative by eight artists: Selman Trtovac, Milorad Mladenović, Anica Vučetić, Oliver Parlić, Radoš Antonijević, Marko Marković, Sanja Latinović and Marina Marković. Third Belgrade is conceived as a vivid, dynamic and energetic center which brings together local artists with the ones from the region and the world, providing exhibition space, workshops and other educational content for general public. Third Belgrade space consists of a central gallery, a club, as well as lounge spaces and residential premises suitable for lectures and workshops, including the garden used as an open stage for various art events.

ZMUC (Zemun Small Art Center) is an art studio for alternative, unorthodox art production and practice aiming at fulfilling the needs of the local community for contemporary cultural contents. ZMUC has been established in 2006 and since then has held numerous exhibitions, concerts, performances, gatherings and art auctions. Art education of school children and children from underprivileged communities is based on ZMUC art director and sculptor Goran Denić’s experience gained by studying and working in South Africa and Mozambique, including a cooperation and various projects initiated within art groups LED ART and Cultural Terrorists (QT) as well as Pocket Cultural Center and Belgrade Children Cultural Center.ZMUC is oriented towards Balkan cultural cooperation in Serbia (Art Klinika - Novi Sad, Third Belgrade, Kornet – Belgrade), Slovenia (Metelkova - Ljubljana, DPZN-MKMMSC - Koper) and Croatia (Lazareti - Dubrovnik, Gradska Galerija Fontikus - Grožnjan). ZMUC is also realizing the regular annual program – Karavukovo regional multimedia art colony.ZMUC art council and a board of directors reflect the interests of ZMUC in a broad spectrum of social contexts and their members are publishers, artists, businessmen, poets and professional translators.ZMUC is one of the founding members of Independent cultural scene of Serbia NKSS and Shock Alliance.What was said about ZMUC:Tobić Tobić Mojsilović Bobić, prominent Belgrade columnist:

ZMUC - Zemunski mali umetnički centar

ZMUC je umetnički prostor namenjen angažovanim kulturnim sadržajima, jedini privatni kulturni centar u Zemunu. Osnovan 2006. godine, usmeren je na neortodoksnu umetničku praksu i proizvodnju s ciljem da popuni potrebe za recentnim sadržajima u kulturnom životu opštine. Tako je realizovan niz programa – izložbi, koncerata, kulinarskih performansa, anarhosindikalnih okupljanja i aukcija. Rad sa školskom i posebnim grupama dece, kao i sa odraslima, zasnovan je na iskustvu koje je umetnički direktor ZMUC-a Goran Denić stekao tokom studija i rada u Južnoj Africi i Mozambiku, a potom u Jugoslaviji sa umetničkim grupama LED-ART i Kulturnim Teroristima(QT), kao i na projektima koje je sam pokrenuo u okviru DžKC-a (Džepni Kulturni Centar) i DKCB (Dečiji Kulturni Centar Beograda). ZMUC je orijentisan prema Balkanu, kroz saradnju s organizacijama u Srbiji (Art Klinika – Novi Sad, Treći Beograd, Kornet), Sloveniji (Metelkova – Ljubljana, DPZN-MKMMSC – Koper) i Hrvatskoj (Lazareti – Dubrovnik, Fontikus – Grožnjan), kao i kroz redovni godišnji program – multimedijalnu regionalnu umetničku koloniju u Karavukovu.Programski, ZMUC je usmeren na širi društveno-kulturni kontekst, te su članovi Upravnog odbora i Umetničkog saveta – umetnici, izdavači, privrednici, pesnici i prevodioci. ZMUC je jedan od osnivača NKSS i Šok alijanse.
