Job Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Sourcing profiles for internal recruitment by visiting job portals, employee referrals, job posting / company database & screening the Resumes and managing the complete recruitment cycle.
Conducting preliminary interview & salary negotiations with candidates Rolling out salary fitment, offer letters and appointment letters to the selected candidates
Induction & Orientation: Undertaking joining formalities of new joiners which includes Documentation, creation
of official Mail,Employee ID and Biometric access. Handling Induction & Orientation sessions to the new joiners which includes Company
Rules &Regulations, Culture, Policies and Benefits etc.Training & Development:
Scheduling and arranging training while coordinating with external trainers and training programs.
Identification of training needs and nominating candidates for training.
Encouraging participation of employees in various organizational events.
Issuing Salary Hike Certificate to Employees.
HR Administration:
Preparing Final settlements, Gratuity, leave salary and all employee benefits.
Compilation & processing of attendance data in attendance system.
Processing monthly attendance musters for workers, trainees & officers.
Maintaining employees personal files and records, communicating HR policies & across the organization at all levels.
Tracking attendance, maintaining leave records, PF records, issue letters, etc.
Preparation of full and final settlement generation of Experience Letters, Relieving Letters.
Keeping track of Confirmation, Appraisals, and Increments of employees.
Preparing various letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, increment letter, transfer letter, Absenteeism notice, warning letter, showcase notice, experience/service certificate, relieving letter, etc.
Attendance & Payroll:
Maintaining Leave Records, Extra hours work and Late Coming Reports, Absenteeism, etc.
Coordinating with the Managers for any promotion, appraisals, termination and resignation every month.
Employee Relations & Engagement Activities:
Addressing employee queries regarding payroll, Attendance, HR Policies, Leave Details, etc.
Analyzed the issue by giving warning through verbal or written by issuing warning letters till termination of employee due to continuous absenteeism,
No prior intimation before taking leave, unable to reach assigned targets or lack of ownership & responsibility.
Birthday Celebration,Tealunch,FestivalcelebrationandTem get-together party etc.
Celebrations - Diwali, Ganpati Festival, and other company events,
Effectively managing welfare measures, management - employee get together, picnics & parties.
Developing employee engagement programs like Initiated and administered a welcome-mail policy to all new joiners, Initiated regular Birthday mailers & celebration policy.
Exit Formalities:
Ensure the Full & Final Settlement of Exiting employees, according to defined Standards.
Handling relieving formalities, conducting exit interviews and relieving letter & service
certificate to the employee.
Other HR Activities:
Preparing & maintaining HR MIS on regular basis. Formulating HR Policies.
General Administration
