Ms. Cohen confirmed that she hid a photograph of her son <> somewhere in the office of Greig Veeder, LCSW at Teaching Humane Existence, Inc.

DIAGNOSTIC FINDINGS:

Upon completion of the pretest interview, this examiner determined Ms. Cohen to be suitable for the polygraph technique.

Upon review of the polygraph test questions, Ms. Cohen indicated that she completely understood the scope and meaning of each question. A Searching Peak of Tension examination was administered using a fully computerized multichannel polygraph instrument, that is capable of simultaneously recording both thoracic and abdominal respiration, in addition to electrodermal and cardiograph recording. The recording instrument includes dedicated components to monitor test subject behavior and assist in the differentiation of authentic sympathetic/autonomic response activity from data that includes adultered autonomic and peripheral/behavioral nervous system activities intended to alter or defeat the test results. One polygraph test chart was completed.

Careful examination of Ms. Cohen's polygraph examination record revealed test data of adequate interpretable quality, that was of normal response amplitude and sufficiently free of artifacted and uninterpretable segments to complete a standard evaluation of these test results.

Upon careful analysis of Ms. Cohen's polygraph examination data, it is the opinion of this examiner that there were significant reactions indicative of deception in response to the questions indicated below:
