Students back in the classroom This week we received confirmation that students across New South Wales will be back in the classroom full-time from Monday 25th May. This will mean an end to learning from home and the ceasing of our learning packs. A very big shout out goes to our parents and community. We thank you for your patience and support over this time and appreciate your communication with the school. We look forward to having all the students back in the classroom on a daily basis. As students return to full-time face-to-face learning, the department will continue to work closely with NSW Health to ensure we have access to the latest advice. Josh Hawkins was the winner of the children’s trivia from last week and the runners-up were Matilda Osborne, Chloe Andrews and Megan Waters. According to the children’s song, the old lady swallowed a bird to catch the spider. The adult trivia was won by Barbara Weise. The Cathedral of Vasily the Blessed, located in Red Square Moscow is more commonly known as St Basil’s.

Good luck with this week’s questions:-

Adult question: The Jurassic period directly followed

on from which other geological period?

Children’s question: What is the name given to the

skull and crossbones flag that

flies on a pirate ship?
