A seamstress most of her life, she is the “sewing angel.” A great cook she takes pleasure in giving banana bread to those who need a treat. She truly has a heart of gold! ~Brenda Detrick, Webster Groves Mothers Are The Bee’s Knees As spring comes into bloom, Mother may find herself in 1) A Grumpy Knee Syndrome. As Mom bends to plant the pollen filled pansies, her joints may pop. In that case I remind her of a simple cure. 2) Do 5 shallow knee bends 3 times weekly. Start now.
