Hannah: Rising from the Ashes: 1 Sam. 1:1–2:11—Great stories come from
ordinary people doing extraordinary things. And those stories are made even
greater when those ordinary people overcome staggering obstacles in order to
achieve those results. Hannah was a woman who emerged from loneliness and
despair to become the mother of Israel’s next great leader, as well as a powerful
godly example in her own right. What made the difference for her? Hannah
responded in her grief by seeking God—in worship, in prayer, and in sacrificial
offering.

DR School Supplies Needed—Fourth and fifth grade WBS groups are collecting new school supplies and backpacks to be delivered to the Dominican Republic. Supplies can be dropped off at box locations in the Fellowship Hall or in the Children’s Ministry check-in area.

Join us as we study The Best Yes: Making Wise Decisions in the Midst of Endless Demands by Lysa TerKeurst, and learn the big difference in saying “yes” to everyone and saying “yes” to God.
