Dear applicant

Being MCP of AIESEC in Ecuador, not just represent a goal in my AIESEC career, but also the chance to empower a generation and encourage them to believe in what they can do, in their country and also believe in the potential they have, be ambitious and go higher than expectations. As international MCP I had a lot of challenges, but trust me, the biggest one is prove that leadership has no nationality, and believe that you are the right person and this is the right moment and the most important that Ecuador is the right entity. This period haven’t been easy, but have become the period of my life and that make it worth it. I just hope that you as my potential successor, take responsibility of your acts, take ownership of your members, and feel Ecuador as yours because is the only way to overcome challenges and find the determination to go until the end. Ecuador is for determinate people, visionary people but more than nothing for ambitious people that understand where the entity comes from, but more important what is the road to follow for the future. Last but not least, best wishes on the process and see you on the way! AIESECly
