ELECTION PROCEDURE

Any current member of AIESEC in Russia or any other AIESEC entity is able to apply for the position of “Member Committee President”

To stand for MCP you must participate in election process, which consists of:

- application (ddl 4th of January)

- JanCo - election conference (with strategy and motivational speech, Q&A session, panel discussion) 8-10th of January

MCP is elected by Full Member Entities of AIESEC in Russia

Elected MCP should be available for physical transition immediately after being elected and must be presented in International Presidents Meeting in Morocco (February 2016)

MCP role is a full-time role from 1.07.2016 till 30.06.2017

We highly recommend you to gather all possible information from different sources about Russia as a country and AIESEC in Russia before you start the process

Application package

DDL: 4th of January 17:00 GMT. No applications received after deadline (even due to technical issues) are not going to be considered. Application package should contain:

- 1 cover page- 1 page of CV (including key parts of your AIESEC XP)

- 9 pages for Questionnaire (General & Specific Qs)

- 1 page for Blank paper challenge

- 4 endorsement letters (someone you led, someone has been leading you, co-worker, external company or organisation you’ve been working with)

You can use any design you want. Minimum font size is 10.

Each file has to be in PDF format named as following: Name_Last name_part of application package. The whole application has to be sent in one ZIP file named as Name_Last name.

Send it to election manager: [email protected] by ddl. In 12 hours you’ll receive a confirmation that your application package has been received. We highly recommend to send application package at least 12 hours before ddl to ensure it has been received.

1. Present your @XP and main achievements (graphically, visually or in words)

2. Please, list your Top 3 main strength and Top 3 weaknesses and what would be your unique contribution to the team because of who you are?

3. What is the most common negative feedback you’ve received from your teammates or colleagues?

4. What are your values? How the way you lead people is shaped by them?

5. How do you see yourself in 2020 (country, occupation, family, contribution to the world, etc). How will your experiences in AIESEC contribute to who you are?

1. What drives you to continue your AIESEC XP? Why have you decided to stand for Member Committee President of AIESEC in Russia 16|17?

2. What is the relevance of AIESEC for Russia and how will you enlarge organisational impact in our country in term 16|17?

3. What are the trends shaping Russia as a country now and what opportunities and threats do they represent for AIESEC? Which programs can benefit the most and how?

4. Provide internal analysis of AIESEC in Russia: what helps us to grow and what holds us back? (Please, keep in mind last 5 years of organisational development)

5. What were the key achievements and learnings of last 4 MC terms (including current one). How will you build up on them in your year?

6. Assess what are the behaviours AIESEC in Russia has now? How do they differ from what you want to see? How to change them?

7. How do you envision AIESEC in Russia by the year 2020? What are the changes needed to be done in term 15|16 and 16|17?

8. What is your vision for the term 16|17? What would be your driver programs and why? What are the strategies needed to achieve growth?

9. Propose your MC structure for the year 16|17. How does it reflect the strategy that you have? How will @2020 roadmap, updated @XP and MoS launched on IPM influence on your MC structure and election process?

10. How will you manage your MC team? And team of LCPs? (Be more specific for the first 3 months of the term)
