will allow Montebianco to guarantee the best possible solutions in

the ingredients scouting.

We make continuous choices which others follow. First our professional

customers (gelato artisans or pastry chefs), and as a consequence the end

customers they sell to.

LIFE TRAILis the ethical and scientific filter

for these choices.

We know we are not perfect, and this is why we believe in LIFE Trail. It is a phi-

losophy which puts Montebianco on a technically difficult path. LIFE Trail is in

a continuous evolution and a long scientific progression. The real driving force

behind it is the Group's continuous research, the interests of our professionals,

which enhances our desire to improve.

We already have a range of products which follow the LIFE Trail approach and

many more will come soon.

Montebianco had already started the trail some years ago: we are replacing

hydrogenated fats with refined fats, we do not use GMOs, and have many glu-

ten-free products. This is just the start.

We are using the technical skills of Universities, experts in nutrition, skilled pas-

try chefs and those who wrote the book on the gelato artisan profession. In-

ternationally we continue to insist on complete traceability for some of the

key raw ingredients so that the highest quality standards of our food chain are

guaranteed.

We want our customers to live in complete harmony and through LIFE Trail we

are building a renewed and consolidated trust.

WHATWHITE ROOM is an internal Montebianco laboratory of ide-as, which aim is to encourage the pursuit of excellence. In-novation, long-term vision and no compromise are only some features of this department, a place where tradition has no dogmas and innovation has a no compromise quality as uni-que commitment.

WHYWHITE ROOM is powered by a permanent activity of exper-ts, applicators, international chemists and technicians that, directly collaborating with Montebianco R&D, search for a constant improvement aim to offer customers a concrete support, through a transparent Food Policy, voted to a conti-nuous research for the clean product and in line with the ri-ght nutrition rules.

WHOWHITE ROOM is composed by excellent experts with mul-ti-ethnical culture and origin, internationally well-known - including some World Cham-pions - that daily live the sec-tor’s reality. The project aims to stimulate discussion and the exchange of views in order to turn ideas into long-term real projects.

WHEREWHITE ROOM has its own in-stitutional headquarter within Montebianco Group based in Saronno. The department re-presents a real brand, able to communicate the excellence of Montebianco on the outside and with the company's sta-keholders.

WHENWHITE ROOM manifests throu-gh an activity in constant evo-lution, by alternating follow-up and trial situations in a reser-ved structure, to a permanent debate among experts invol-ved through digital channels. During every public event with commercial spread, the project shows its own ideas through engaging training activities and, when possible, spectacu-lar actions.

MONTEBIANCO TECHNICAL TEAM

Complementary to the White Room, the Technical Team is a

technical demonstrator network that distributes Montebianco’s work

throughout Italy and worldwide. It promotes a work style following

the Life Trail philosophy, supporting artisans toimprove their technical

skills.
