has submitted officer list http://dashboards.toastmasters.org/UpdateReports.aspx Click on Daily Report (left side of screen), then select

July Club Officer List status Sort by clicking on ‘area’ or ‘division’ 20% submitted to-date Submit prior to June 30 to qualify for DCP point

Transition – Area Level Schedule meeting with in-coming AG

Prior to June 7 if possible Clubs moved in alignment? Contact the in-coming AG

for each club In-coming AG – be proactive

Caution – don’t step on toes, 5 weeks left this year Need to know who the AG for a club was? Contact the

Division Governor or send me an email. Introduce in-coming AG to the club (installation of

officers or year-end celebration)
