Indeed, one can consider that this is your second home where you spent at least 8 hours a day in any workday. To ensure company profitability and get paid for your contribution and effort, one should always upgrade your knowledge and learn to do things better each day, at the lowest possible cost, and reduce mistakes, and create good impression to our customers whom we serve. Customers are your Paymaster, not Jason, as a matter of fact. To ensure customers always return, we must provide good service, quality service, and do extra mile. Everybody knows it, but it comes to real situation, we may sometimes forgotten or do things subconsciously. It is a common phenomenon that mistakes are created through lack or poor communication, internally and externally. We should learn to communicate precisely, and on timely manner. Both must go hand in hand, no two way about it. Below is the summary to ensure happy, repeated customers orders or services. Clear and timely communication, internally and externally. Customers’ care and do extra mile with a smile. Can do attitude. Prevent mistakes and learn from mistakes. Work with integrity and sincerity. Maintain good practices and improvement Work safely and observe any possible hazards that may happen any time, any where. Although the above is common and everybody knows about it, we should always remind ourselves, that when it is time to work, we work hard. Time to play, we play hard!     withanopenmind.Thisisnotjustacheapwaytotravelandmakenewfriends,butitisachanceformetogaingreaterinsightsofthecultureoftheASEANcommunityaswellasJapan.Thisisthekindofexperienceonewillnevergetbyjustreadingandwatchingtelevision.TheinteractionwithourforeignfriendsactuallyhelpeduslearnwhatthelocalsofthedifferentcountriesviewthemselvesandSingaporeonapersonallevel.

  • 5Many of us know that obesity may lead tomultiple health issues such as hypertension(high blood pressure) or hypercholesterolemia(high cholesterol level) somehow we alwayslack of motivation to take up the initiatives.With that in mind, I decided to join thisprogram, especially with continuousencouragement frommymom to keep fit andmaintainahealthylifestyle.And so, I started the programwithHealth TalkcumCounseling. From there I learnt thatdietary habit is very important, so I try to eatmoderately everyday, and most importantly: nosupper!(well,nopainnogain*sobs*).ThankstotheknowhowtaughtintheHealthTalk,I have gained awhole new perspective in losingweight. I was tasked to lose 1.5 2kg within 3months.Ideallyweshould loseourweightslowly,about1kgpermonth.Rapid loseofweightmayresult in rapid weight gain once you stop theprogram.Other than dietary habit, exercise is alsoimportant, which I enjoyed the Jazzercise andAerobics sessions a lot. The trainer displayedgreat energy, so much so that the sessions areneverboring and I am always looking forward togo for theexerciseeveryweek (weseldombesoexcitedtoexercisearentwe?).Iworked very hard tomeet the targetwith twoexercises a week and minimum oily foodintake. At the end of the program, I hit thetargetaslostatotalof2.3kg!From there, I still continuedmy exercise routineand caloriescounting until now.     Wereceivedacomplimentfromourcustomer(IBNBattuta)inFebruaryforShenWei(ServiceDepartment)forhisexcellentserviceandworkmanship.HewastaskedtorepairthevesselsSpeedLog,andhewentbeyondtheextramilethanjustrepairingtheequipment.Aninterviewwascarriedoutandwedliketosharehisexperiencesandkeylearningpointswithyou:

    Henoticedthattheequipmentmanualonthevesseldoesnotmatch,sohesentthecorrectversionaftertheattendance.

    Retro Fiesta. This themecouldntbemoreappropriate for JasonElectronicsaswecelebratedour inauguralDinnerandDance2012atPrestigiousHiltonHotelon17thFebruary2012.Formany,itwasanighttoremember!RetroFiestawasattendedbysome170staffwhocamedressedtothetheme,withpolkadots, florapatterns,bellbottomedpantsandpsychedeliccolours.Mr JosephFoo,adornedwithacheckedshirtandbellbottomedpants, kicked off the evening thanking staff for their contributions for 2011 and reiterated the focus of thecompanyinthecomingyear.As thenightprogressed,wewelcomedourdeserving achieverson stage for their awardpresentationamidstecstaticcheersfromcolleaguesandfriendsallaround.ThequietcornerofJasonElectronicscamealivewhenstafftooktothestageandwowedthe audienceduringtheirperformancesandcompetitions.Theirsportingspiritandenergywereso infectiousthatsometooktothedancefloormidwaythroughdinner.Inbetweentheexcitingperformancesandluckydrawsessions,guestsalsomovedaroundtakingphotosandcatchingupwithfriendsfromdifferentdepartments.The2012RetroFiestawasawonderfulnightfilledwithgreatfoodandgreatcompany.Wethankeveryonefortheiractiveparticipationinmakingthiseventaresoundingsuccess!

  • 15April19122012.Theworld'slargestShip,RMSTitanicsankaftercollidingwithaniceberginthemiddleoftheNorthAtlanticOcean.KnowtherealreasonbehindthesinkingofTitanicthatisknown to be an unsinkable ship. The accident claimed the lives of over 1,500passengers.In the firstpartof theexhibition, it features275artifacts recovered from theShip'swreckage,including 14 pieces never seen before, housed in galleries meticulouslyrecreated to resemble various iconic sections of the Ship. The Exhibition takesvisitors of all ages through key milestones in the Titanic's story, from its conception andconstruction through to life on board and wreckage its sinking, as well as theincrediblestoriesofitspassengersandcrew.Youwillalsoget to learn the storybehind thediscoveryof theTitanicwreck in1985and thesubsequent efforts made to monitor and recover artifacts from the site. Finally, a special"Singapore 1912" gallery will show the impact and influence of the Titanic's sinking onSingapore.LearnmoreaboutthelovestoryofJack&Rose.

    Asia PacificMaritime 2012was held atMarinaBay Sands lastmonth.Aspartof thisevent, JasonElectronics setupaboothmeasuring48squaremetres,withthethemeofAntiPiracySystemandFuelMonitoringSystem.Wehadsomeofoursuppliers fromThrane&Thrane,RocksonAutomation, Floscan, Hatteland Display, Simrad & Tech Crosswhoflewallthewayfromtheircountrytohelpoutattheshow.Ourexhibitionboothwas themeetingplace forallprospectivecustomers, interested inbothourthemes.Atmostofthetime,our sales personnel were often seen in discussions with ourcustomers from various countries on our philosophy of thesystemsweprovideandcurrentprojectswiththem.NotforgettingamemorableandwonderfuldinnerwehadwithoursuppliersontheseconddayofexhibitiontoshowourappreciationfortheirsupporttoJasonElectronics.Networking was the key to this event and it has successfullybeen achieved.
