Job Wrapping ensures that all your jobs reach the best active and passive candidates on the LinkedIn Jobs Network without requiring manual updates through LinkedIn Recruiter
Post Jobs Automatically– Scans your career website or XML feed daily (begins at 9pm EST and
is completed by 6am EST) for jobs and posts them directly to your LinkedIn Recruiter Job Slots
Get full Job Slot Utilization Automatic Job Updates & Renewals
– Updates your jobs on LinkedIn when they change on your site (max once per day)
– Renews your job postings as long as the jobs are posted on your career website or XML feed and meet the pre-determined Wrapping Criteria.

Unleash the power of the LinkedIn network by associating jobs to your LinkedIn Recruiter Users and making their profiles visible on each Job Posting. – See screenshot below for an example of a job that includes
the Recruiter User’s profile:
*Recruiter must have an active LinkedIn Recruiter license or Jobs Manager seat
**Job Posting data must include keyword indicator tag to determine who the recruiter should be for each job posting

Job Wrapping Friendly Reminders
1. Company Name and Logo on each job will come from your Company Page.2. Job Wrapping will pick up new jobs, close old jobs and update any changes
once daily, M-F between 5am-6am EST, no updates will be made on the weekends.
3. Job Wrapping Reports can be made available upon request; In-Product Job Analytics are available in Recruiter.
4. Jobs posted on behalf of Recruiter users will be assigned to them when logged into Recruiter.
5. “Profile Matches” email notifications will be sent to the primary email address of the Job Poster.
6. Job renewal notification emails should be ignored – Job Wrapping will renew your jobs automatically as long as the job is active in the source and meets the wrapping criteria.
7. For any Job Wrapping related questions or comments, please contact us via [email protected] and be sure to include “Job Wrapping” in the Subject in order to ensure proper routing.
