We partner with leaders to inspire, challenge, encourage and enable progression to peak individual and business performance. Our coaching programs are conducted in 3-‐monthly cycles of 6 fortnightly coaching sessions. For our clients, coaching is a process rather than an event and we develop an ongoing partnership through that process.
PERSONAL LEADERSHIP COACHING involves the one-‐on-‐one facilitation and uncovering of knowledge, skills, tools, resources, awareness, attitude and behaviours to empower the leader to embody their vision for next level leadership. Mastery of personal leadership is a vital precursor to effective team leadership. The Executive, Management and Business coaching tracks all build on the leadership coaching model.
EXECUTIVE COACHING addresses specific experiences at the senior organisational level. The Executive Program focuses on building organisational health and executive leadership from the top down through developing leadership team cohesion and creating, communicating and reinforcing strategic and behavioural clarity through organisational systems.
MANAGEMENT COACHING is about empowering Managers to improve on performance output, both personally and from their direct reports. The Management Coaching track focuses on refining management skills and raising awareness of management behaviours to improve team engagement, build rapport, and to manage and lead team systems and culture.
BUSINESS COACHING specifically looks at creating a business vision and a tailored execution plan to allow Business Owners and Leaders to grow their enterprise performance. The Business Coaching track builds personal leadership resources to facilitate team leadership allowing for business results, growth and success.
Business coaching is also suitable for Sole Traders looking to create or grow a successful business in line with future business vision and personal goals.

LEADERSHIP DEVEOPMENT PROGRAMS
Lift Coaching’s Leadership Development Programs combine evidence based learnable leadership behaviours with individual leadership style and values, to develop leaders at all levels of your organisation. Based on the work of Kouzes and Posner in their book, The Leadership Challenge, this workshop will challenge leaders to evaluate the impacts of their current behaviours and map an active path
forward to master their leadership.
Our Leadership Development Program looks at individual leadership through the five leadership practices of modeling the way, inspiring a shared vision, challenging the process, enabling others to act and encouraging the heart.
This high impact program will challenge the way you think about leadership development and give you the inspiration, skills, energy and ongoing support to create lasting change in your organisation’s leadership.
Available in 1-‐day, 2-‐day, modular and extended (up to 5 days) formats. Inclusions vary based on business requirements and preferred format.

TEAM EFFECTIVENESS WORKSHOPS
Lift Coaching’s Team Effectiveness Workshops examine individual differences within the team and how to maximise talents through overcoming five common team dysfunctions including: absence of trust, fear of conflict, lack of commitment, avoidance of accountability and inattention to results.
Our Team Effectiveness Workshops look at team dynamics and develop team cohesion through the application of Patrick Lencioni’s Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team (based on the New York Times’ best selling book The Five Dysfunctions of a Team).
This highly interactive and engaging workshop will change the way your team interacts, and is designed for intact teams. We recommend that teams over 12 members consider the 2-‐day format to access the full workshop program.
Available in ½ day, 1-‐day or 2-‐day formats. Inclusions vary depending on business requirements, available time, team size and preferred format.

Personal Coaching Program Inclusions:
All of our coaching programs are conducted in 3-‐monthly cycles of 6 fortnightly coaching sessions. It is quite common for clients to participate in 2-‐3 coaching cycles to achieve sustained behavioural outcomes.
For our clients, coaching is a process, rather than an event and we develop an ongoing partnership through that process. The Lift 12-‐Month Mastery Program is structured over 4 quarterly coaching cycles.

With over 9 years combined experience as a workplace relations lawyer, operations manager, management consultant and executive coach, Kate has worked with many business leaders and individuals to harness their potential for success, productivity and fulfillment. In 2013, she pursued her passion for coaching teams and leaders and founded Lift Coaching, where she serves as Principal Consultant and Executive Coach.
Kate delivers one-‐on-‐one executive and personal coaching sessions, facilitates team effectiveness and leadership development workshops and provides tailored on-‐site consulting experiences for organisational leaders and teams to improve outcomes and experience of business and life.
Prior to Lift Coaching, Kate worked with the Australian Partner to The Table Group (a Patrick Lencioni company), consulting with executive level leaders to build cohesive teams and achieve the competitive advantage of organisational health.
Kate has strengthened her employee relations, management and coaching experience with post-‐graduate tertiary studies in law, psychology and wellness.
With a personal focus on wellbeing, productivity, being real and helping, Kate brings a balanced, sustainable, relationship based approach to her work, clients, family and life.
