IN GEDANKENKlaus Lenhart war ein großartiger Mensch, Tüftler und Denker. Ein charismatischer Visionär, der sich durch seine Geradlinigkeit in der gesamten Branche Respekt, Bewunderung und volle Hochachtung verdiente. Er war ein leidenschaftlicher Unternehmer und führte sehr verantwortungsbewusst gemeinsam mit seiner Frau Waltraud die circa 250 Mitarbeiter. Sein innerer Antrieb und Mut für weitreichende, teilweise unkonventionelle Entscheidungen legten den Grundstein für unzählige Innovationen und Patente und führten LEKI konsequent zum weltweiten Technologie- und Marktführer im Bereich Stöcke und Handschuhsysteme.

IN MEMORIAMKlaus Lenhart was a wonderful person full of inspiration, energy and wisdom. A charismatic visionary whose straightforwardness earned him respect, admiration and high esteem throughout the sports industry. He was a passionate entrepreneur and together with his wife Waltraud, he led approximately 250 employees with great passion and responsibility.His motivation and his courage for far-reaching and sometimes unconventional decisions paved the way for countless innovations and patents and made LEKI a technology and brand leader in the field of poles and glove systems.

Un visionnaire charismatique dont la rectitude forçait à la fois respect, admiration et estime à travers toute l‘industrie du sport. Il était un entrepreneur passionné et, accompagné de son épouse Waltraud, il dirigeait de manière plus que responsable ses 250 collaborateurs.Sa motivation, son courage à prendre des décisions importantes, quoique parfois non conventionnelles, ont pavé la voie du succès de la marque LEKI, avec un nombre incalculable de brevets et d‘innovations, faisant de LEKI le leader en terme de marque et de technologie dans les domaines concurrentiels du bâton et du gant.

Aveva una visione carismatica e le sue idee molto chiare, gli hanno permesso di raggiungere nel suo intero settore rispetto, ammirazione e attenzione. Era un imprenditore appassionato ed ha diretto assieme alla moglie Waltraud in modo responsabile e consapevole ben 250 collaboratori.La sua voglia di fare e forza interna assieme al coraggio per decidere su tante cose, a volte anche non convenzionali, erano le basi per tutte le sue innovazioni fatte e infinità di brevetti patentati. Questo ha portato LEKI costantemente ad essere leader a livello mondiale nelle tecnologie e nel mercato di bastoni e sistemi guanti-bastoni.

Der Sohn Markus Lenhart ist seit zwei Jahren in der Technik- und Entwicklungsabteilung tätig. Künftig wird er darüber hinaus in weiteren Bereichen Verantwortung übernehmen. Die Freude an wegweisenden Innovationen und die Grundidee „Gutes noch besser zu machen“ mit einem Mehrwert für die Kunden, aber auch für die Vertriebspartner der LEKI Produkte, werden auch in Zukunft absolute Priorität haben.

Waltraud Lenhart together with the proven and highly-qualified LEKI team will use all their experience to continue the strategic lifetime achievement and the passion of Klaus Lenhart. For two years now his son Markus Lenhart has worked in the Engineering and Development Department and in the future, he will take over responsibility in other areas. The lust for innovation and the basic idea of “making the good even better” with an additional value for the customers as well as for the distributors of LEKI products will remain LEKI’s first priority now and in the future.

Waltraud Lenhart, en tandem avec une équipe LEKI ayant fait ses preuves et extrêmement qualifiée, continueront dans la voie de la réussite stratégique et de la passion tracée par Klaus Lenhart. Depuis 2 ans maintenant son fils Markus Lenhart travaille au sein du département ingénierie et développement. Au fil du temps, il prendra également des responsabilités dans d‘autres départements de la société. Cette attraction pour l‘innovation et le désir absolu de transformer le bien en mieux, d‘apporter de la valeur ajoutée au consommateur, mais aussi aux distributeurs des produits LEKI, qui resteront LA priorité de LEKI dans le futur, nous tiennent plus que jamais à coeur.
